Twenty-five patients with small and medium-sized rotator cuff tear underwent a standard history, physical and radiological examination, and preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Preoperative and postoperative assessments were completed retrospectively for the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) rating scale, Constant-Murley Shoulder Score (CMS), All patients were evaluated after surgery every two weeks up to the second postoperative month, monthly up to 6 months after 12 months. At 12- 18 months, the patients were evaluated according to the following parameters: clinical evaluation including pain and range of motion (ROM) and postoperative rating scales including ASES, CMS. The possible risks include postoperative stiffness, failure of the repair, infection, nerve injury, and chondrolysis. The previous outcomes were assessed to the studied sample between June 2018 and June 2021
