| Summary, etc. | This study was done on 18 adult patients with ID.they were divied to 2 equal gps all patients were treated by arthrocentesis.1m depomedrole was injected intra - articularly at the and of lavage in patiens of gp.1.all patients were followed up for 3 months.biochemical analysis of SF was general improvement in all subjective and ibjective symptoms post operative and there was significant decrease in TNF - a value after arthrocentesis. |
