Background: Ebstein’s Anomaly considered till now ignored disease not yet fully studded (as a scorched earth) we use conventional and advanced tools in a comparative study for proper assessment and management of Ebstein’s anomaly.<br/>AIM OF THE WORK: Ebstein’s anomaly remains a relatively ignored disease lying in (an unoccupied area between opposing enemies), remains in adequately studied. We use conventional and advanced tools in a comparative study for proper assessment and management of Ebstein’s anomaly. The aim of our study was to discuss our single center experience in patients diagnosed with this cardiac anomaly. Patients and methods: 31 Cases of known Ebstein’s anomaly were selected from pediatric cardiology outpatient clinics. included in our study after verbal<br/>and written from patient and their caregiver and after approval of ethical committee of Cairo children Hospital during period from June 2019 to August 2022. Patient all subjected to full history taking; Thorough physical examination Routine Laboratory Investigations; ECG; HOLTER; Echocardiography; Cardiac magnetic resonance<br/>Results: Our results shows that: Surgical approach extremely appreciated in this area so through investigation extremely needed for proper assessment and = selection of cases although due to complex geometry of the anomaly echocardiographic study still insufficient for proper evaluation of the anomaly.<br/>Reliable estimation of the Ebstein’s anomaly need both echo- cartographic study and CMR imaging to be hand in hand for proper assessment of biventricular function and volumes, in addition to estimating of associated cardiac<br/>anomalies. |

لا يزال شذوذ ايبشتاين مرضا متجاهلا نسبيا باعتباره أرضا محرمه...مما أدى إلى عدم دراسته بشكل وافى. بأستخدام الأدوات المعتاده..والمتقدمه قمنا بعمل دراسه مقارنه لتقييم حالات الشذوذ المختلفه لشذوذ أيبشتاين. تم أختبار ٣١ حاله من حالات الشذوذ المعروفه لدى أيبستين من المرضى المترددين علي العيادات الخارجيه لقلب الأطفال بمستشفي أبو الريش الجامعى تم البدء في الدراسه بعد الحصول علي الموافقات الشفهيه والكتابه من المرضى والأوصياء عليهم وموافقه اللجنه الأخلاقيه وذلك بدءا من يونيو ٢٠١٩ و حتى أغسطس ٢٠٢٢ وقد آان الهدف الاساسى من الرساله القاء الضوء على مرض ايبشتاين باعتباره متلازمه مهمله من خلال دراستنا للحالات المتردده على مسنشفى ابو الريش الجامعى وعمل دراسات مقارنه بين الادوات المستخدمه فى الدراسه والفحص لتقديم رؤيتنا المستقبليه للتعامل مع المرض عن فرب. خضع جميع المرضى لما يلى:-<br/>التاريخ العائلى والمرضى الفحص السريري التحاليل المختبريه الروتينيه تخطيط القلب رسم القلب على مدى ٢٤ ساعه تخطيط صدى القلب الرنين المغناطيسي |
