Summary, etc. | Quenched and partitioned steel is a promising grade of advanced high-strength steel "Third Generation" for industrial applications such as the automotive industry. This research aimed to develop ultra-high-strength steel with good ductility from novel 0.37C- 3.65Mn- 0.65Si- 0.87Al- 1.5Ni-0.05P, wt.% steel alloy by applying a two-step quenching and partitioning regime. The results concluded that inter-critical austenitization during heat treatment of this developed quenched and partitioned steel fulfilled superior tensile properties than full austenitization. |

Summary, etc. | زاد إهتمام الباحثين فى الاونة الأخيرة بدراسة وتطوير الصلب المعالج بالتبريد السريع والإنقسام بين الأطوار والذى ينتمى للجيل الثالث من الصلب المتقدم عالى المتانة لإستخدام فى صناعة هياكل السيارات. وتهدف هذه الرسالة إلى تطوير صلب فائق المتانة بممطولية من سبيكة جديدة تحتوى على بعض العناصر التسابكية والتى تتضمن 0.37% كربون، 3.65 منجنيز، 0.65 سيليكون، 0.87 ألومنيوم، 1.5 نيكل، 0.05% فوسفور وبإستخدام المعالجة الحرارية بالتبريد السريع والإنقسام بين الأطوار. وضحت النتائج أن العينات المعالجة بالتلدين الجزئى أدت إلى خواص شد أفضل من العينات المعالجة بالتلدين الكلى حيث وصلت قيم التوازن العظمى بين مقاومة الشد والممطولية للعينات التى تم معالجتها بالتلدين الجزئى ثم التبريد السريع إلى 80 و120 درجة مئوية إلى 26 جيجابسكال% . |
