| Summary, etc. | وقد اشتملت الرسالة على مقدمة، وتمهيد ، وثمانية فصول ، وخاتمة مع الفهارس. أما مقدمة البحث فقد اشتملت على أهمية البحث، وسبب اختياري لهذا البحث، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج التحقيق، وخطة الرسالة. وأما التمهيد فبعنوان : ”التعريف ببني إسرائيل وبعض المصطلحات الخاصة بهم وأحوالهم” وفيه ثلاثة مباحث: المَبحث الأول: نبذة عن نشأة بني إسرائيل. المَبْحَثُ الثَّانِي: بعض المصطلحات الخاصة ببني إسرائيل. المَبْحَثُ الثَّالِثُ: أحوال يهود شبه الجزيرة العربية. وأما الفَصْلُ الأَوَّلُ فبعنوان: ”دعوة النبي اليهود إلى الإسلامّ” وفيه ثلاثة مباحث: المَبْحَثُ الأَوَّلُ: إرسال الرسل لنشر الإسلام ودعوة غير المسلمين. المَبحث الثانى : إجابة الرسول (ﷺ) لسؤالات اليهود. المَبحَث الثالث : إقرار اليهود بوجود صفة النبي عندهم. وأما الفصل الثانى فبعنوان: ”المرويات الواردة في بني إسرائيل في الاعتصام بالكتاب والسنة وافتراق الأمة”. وأما الفصل الثالث فبعنوان ”المرويات الواردة في بني إسرائيل في العبادات” وفيه أربعة مباحث: المبحَث الأول: المرويات الواردة في بني إسرائيل في الطهارة وفيه ثلاثة مطالب. المَطْلَب الْأَوَّل: المرويات الواردة في قرضهم الثوب بالمقراض. المَطْلَبُ الثَّانِي: المرويات الواردة في الامتناع عن مجالسة الحائض في بيت واحد ومؤاكلتها. المَطْلَبُ الثَّالِثُ: المرويات الواردة في الأكل في أواني أهل الكتاب. الْمَبْحَثُ الثَّانِي: المرويات الواردة في بني إسرائيل في الصلاة وفيه ثمانية مطالب: المَطْلَبُ الْأَوَّلُ: المرويات الواردة في النهي عن الاختصار في الصلاة. المَطْلَبُ الثَّانِي: المرويات الواردة في النهي عن اشتمال الثوب في الصلاة. المَطْلَبُ الثَّالِثُ: المرويات الواردة في الصلاة في النعال والخفاف مخالفة لليهود |
