| Summary, etc. | هدفت الدراسة إلى بحث العلاقة بين الاحتراق النفسي الوالدي وبعض المتغيرات الشخصية (الأنبساطية،العصابية،الكمالية الوالدية )، وأيضا تحديد العلاقة بين الاحتراق النفسي الوالدي وبعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية(عمل الأم والأب، سن الأم والأب، فترة الزواج، عدد الأبناء)،استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الأرتباطي المقارن، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من(300من أباء وأمهات) تتراوح أعمارهم بين(20ل 45) سنة بمتوسط حسابي(33.51) وأنحراف معياري (7.34)، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، استخدمت الدراسة الأدوات التالية : مقياس ايزنك لعوامل الشخصية (أنبساطية، عصابية فقط)، مقياس الاحتراق النفسي الوالدي( ترجمة الباحثة )، مقياس الكمالية الوالدية (أعداد الباحثة )، وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة سلبية بين الاحتراق النفسي الوالدي وعامل الأنبساطية، وجود علاقة إيجابية بين الاحتراق النفسي الوالدي وعامل العصابية، وعدم وجود علاقة إيجابية أو سلبية بين الاحتراق النفسي والكمالية الوالدية، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في سن الوالدين وفترة الزواج ومستوى التعليم والدخل في الاحتراق النفسي، وعدم وجود فروق في الاحتراق النفسي الوالدي وفقا لعمل الوالدين وعدد الأبناء. |

| Summary, etc. | The study aimed to discover the relationship between parental burnout and some personality variables (extraversion, neuroticism, parental perfectionism), as well as parental burnout and some demographic variables (mother and father work, mother and father age, marriage period, number of children),The study used descriptive method, the sample consisted of 300 (fathers and mothers) (ΣX 33.51 & σ.7.34), was chosen randomly,the study tools: Eyzenck scale for personality factors (extraversion, neuroticism only), parental burnout scale (translated by the researcher), the parental perfectionism scale (prepared by researcher), and the results show that the relationship between parental burnout and extraversion was negative, and the relationship between parental burnout and neuroticism was positive, And the absence of a relationship between parental burnout and parental perfectionism, also the results indicated that there was a relationship between parents’ age and the period of marriage ,education level and income, and there was no relationship between parental burnout and parents’s work and the number of children. |
