| Summary, etc. | تلعب المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دوراً هاماً في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. حيث تمثل جزءًا كبيراً من قطاع الإنتاج في مختلف الدول سواء المتقدمة أو النامية، وعلى الرغم من أنها قد تعب دوراً هاماً في نمو الاقتصاد التنزاني إلا أن هناك العديد من المشكلات التي تؤثر بشكل ملموس على تراجع معدلات النمو. ومن ثم تقع أهمية هذه الدراسة في التركيز على دور المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتأثيرها فى الاقتصاد التنزانى وتتمثل أهمية المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بتنزانيا في مدي مساهمتها في تعظيم الاستفادة واستغلال المواد الأولية المتاحة محليا لإنتاج سلع تامة الصنع تساهم في تلبية احتياجات وأذواق المستهلكين، إضافة إلى قدرة هذه المشروعات على العمل في مجال إنتاج الصناعات الحرفية والسلع الغذائية والاستهلاكية. الأمر الذي يُساعد في سد جانب من احتياجات السوق المحلي. ومن ثم تخفيض العجز في ميزان المدفوعات، بالإضافة إلي دورها في الحد من معدلات البطالة واستيعاب قدر كبير من العمالة. على الرغم من الأهمية الكبيرة لمساهمة المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الاقتصاد التنزاني، وعلى الرغم أيضًا من السياسات التنموية التي اتخذتها تنزانيا إلا أن هذه المشروعات تواجه العديد من المشكلات والعقبات، سواء كانت هذه العقبات تخص التمويل أو عقبات أخرى لا تخص التمويل، كما أن هذه المشروعات تواجه العديد من التهديدات مثل التهديدات الناتجة عن الأزمات الاقتصادية العالمية مثل الأزمة المالية العالمية ٢٠٠٨، وكذلك أزمة جائحة كورونا. كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في الاقتصاد التنزاني، وذلك من خلال التعرف على أثر تلك المشروعات على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي و التوظيف ، بالإضافة إلى عرض أهم البرامج والسياسات التي يمكن من خلالها تعظيم هذا الدور . كما توصلت هذه الدراسة الي مجموعة من النتائج اهمها ارتفاع مساهمة المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي لتنزانيا خلال الفترة (٢٠١٣ / ۲۰۱٤ - ۲۰۱۵ (٢٠١٦)؛ حيث ارتفعت نسبة المساهمة من ٣٦% عام ٢٠١٣/ ٢٠١٥ ٢٠١٤ إلى ٤٠% عام ٢٠١٥ / ٢٠١٦. |

| Summary, etc. | Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in achieving economic and social development. It represents a large part of the production sector in various developed and developing countries, and although it may play an important role in the growth of the Tanzanian economy, there are many problems that significantly affect the decline in growth rates. Therefore, the importance of this study lies in focusing on the role of small and medium-sized enterprises and their impact on the Tanzanian economy. The importance of small and medium-sized enterprises in Tanzania is their contribution to maximizing the use and exploitation of locally available raw materials for the production of finished goods that contribute to meeting the needs and tastes of consumers, in addition to the ability of these enterprises to work in the production of handicrafts, food and consumer goods. Which helps to fill some of the needs of the local market. Thus, reducing the deficit in the balance of payments, in addition to its role in reducing unemployment rates and absorbing a large amount of Labor. Despite the great importance of the contribution of small and medium-sized enterprises to the Tanzanian economy, and despite the development policies adopted by Tanzania, these projects face many problems and obstacles, whether these obstacles are related to finance or other obstacles not related to finance, and these projects face many threats such as threats resulting from global economic crises such as the 2008 global financial crisis, as well as the corona pandemic crisis. This study also aims to identify the role of small and medium-sized enterprises in achieving economic and social development in the Tanzanian economy, by identifying the impact of these projects on GDP and employment, in addition to presenting the most important programs and policies through which this role can be maximized.
