| Summary, etc. | هدفت الدراسة الى تتبع مسار السياسة الخارجية التركية تجاه دول غرب أفريقيا منذ عام 2002 من خلال استعراض محددات السياسة التركية الداخلية والخارجية وأهداف وأدوات تنفيذ هذه السياسة وصولا الى أهم الممارسات التى قامت بها تركيا فى سياستها الخارجية تجاه دول غرب أفريقيا فى مختلف المجالات السياسية والدبلوماسية والإقتصادية والأمنية والعسكرية والثقافية والإسلامية والإنسانية، ومن خلال أدواتها التى استخدمتها فى سبيل تحقيق اهدافها ومصالحها فى تلك المجالات وقد تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة فى تفسير نمو وتصاعد الدور التركى فى دول غرب أفريقيا منذ عام 2002 وحتى عام 2021 وتفسير هذا الإقدام التركى والقبول الأفريقى.وللإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة اتبع الباحث مجموعة من المناهج هى منهج المصلحة الوطنية واقتراب تحليل السياسة الخارجية، كما استخدم المنهج التاريخى لاستعراض تاريخ الأخداث المتتالية فى خدود الدراسة المكانية وربطها بالأحداث، وبعد جمع معلومات الدراسة ودراستها وتحليله تم التوصل الى مجموعة النتائج اهمها: أن هناك ثلاثة مؤسسات تؤثر على عملية صنع السياسة الخارجية التركية. |

| Summary, etc. | The study aimed at tracing the course of Turkish foreign policy<br/>towards West African countries after 2002 by reviewing the determinants<br/>of Turkish internal and external policy and the objectives and tools for<br/>implementing this policy leading to the most important practices<br/>undertaken by Turkey in its foreign policy towards West African states in<br/>various political, diplomatic economic security military cultural, media<br/>and humanitarian fields through the tools it used in order to achieve its<br/>goals and interests in those areas. The problem of the study was to<br/>explain the growth and escalation of the Turkish role in West African<br/>countries since 2002 until 2021 This Turkish initiative and African<br/>acceptance.<br/>In order to answer the questions of the study the researcher followed<br/>a set of approaches which are national interest method and foreign policy<br/>analysis approach ind addition to historical method. Therefore the<br/>researcher used the political systems analysis approach and the forward-<br/>looking approach and after collecting studying and analyzing the study’s<br/>information a set of results were reached the most important of which are:<br/>that there are three institutions that affect the Turkish foreign policy-<br/>making process and these institutions are: the official institutions for<br/>making Turkish foreign policy the parties Political informal groups and<br/>bodies. And that the economic factor is one of the most important<br/>determinants of Turkish foreign policy and that the economic factor is the<br/>main pillar of the independence of Turkey’s activity in the foreign field<br/>and that the Turkish military institution is one of the official institutions<br/>active in Turkish politics due to several factors including historical social<br/>and cultural as well as the strength of this Enterprise. Since ancient times.<br/>In conclusion the study made a number of recommendations including:<br/>activating the role of Turkey and West African countries within regional<br/>and international institutions in order to confront the American hegemony<br/>leading to a pluralistic world order based on respect for international law.<br/>And formulating a Turkish-African strategy to deal with changes<br/>according to the perceptions of interest by intensifying cooperation and<br/>coordination among them. And to stay away from military solutions and<br/>the consequent major crises which have proven their failure in the past<br/>and have not yet contributed to providing effective solutions. |
