| Summary, etc. | ناولت الدراسة موضوع الاتساع الدلالي في البلاغة القرآنية وقد خصت بالبحث الاتساع الدلالي في الكناية القرآنية، والذي في ضوئه قد تمت دراسة ترجمة صور الكنايات الدالة على الطباع والحالة النفسية في ترجمات معاني القرآن الإنجليزية وفيها ركزت الدراسة البحث في ست من ترجمات القرآن الكريم هي: ترجمة د/ محمد عبدالحليم، و ترجمة عبدالله يوسف علي، و ترجمة محمد مرمديوك وليم بكثول، وترجمة محمد تقي الدين الهلالي ومحمد محسن خان، و ترجمة محمد أسد ، وكذلك ترجمة د/ محمد غالي.<br/>وقد سعت الدراسة لتحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف تمثلت في استقراء مواضع التوسع الدلالي المتعلقة بالكنايات القرآنية الدالة على الطِّباع والحالة النفسية، وترجمات معاني القرآن الكريم إلى الإنجليزية، وتحليلها دلاليًّا، وبيان مدى التوسع الدلالي في التعبير الكنائي وترجمته في الترجمات الست – موضوع الدراسة – مع وتقييم الكفاءة التعبيرية في ترجمة الدلالة الكنائية في القرآن الكريم. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة في الوصول إلى تلك الأهداف على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مع الاستعانة بالمناهج الأخرى كالمنهج التقابلي بين النظام اللغوي للعربية والإنجليزية.<br/>وقد قامت الدراسة على مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة :<br/>وقد تناولت المقدمة عرضًا لأهداف الدراسة والدراسات السابقة والأسئلة البحثية التي تعنى بها الدراسة كما عرضت للمنهج الذي اتبعته الدراسة وكذلك المادة التي قامت عليها الدراسة. أما التمهيد فقد عالج مفهوم التعبير الكنائي في القرآن، وكذلك مفهوم الكناية الدالة على الطباع والحالة النفسية، كما يتضمن عرضًا لاتجاهات ترجمة معاني القرآن الكريم إلى اللغة الإنجليزية، وفيه كذلك تعريف بالترجمات الست المختارة للدراسة وتعريف بالمترجمين .<br/>وقد جاء الفصل الأول بمثابة الجانب النظري الذي اعتمدت عليه الدراسة ، وفيه بيان لطبعية الاتساع الدلالي في الكناية، حيث يتضمن تعريفًا بمفهوم الاتساع الدلالي مع التركيز على الاتساع الدلالي المرتبط بالأسباب البلاغية مع الإشارة إلى أقوال القدامى والمحدثين في الاتساع الدلالي في الكناية ، كما بسط الفصل القول في طبيعة البنية التركيبية للكناية والعلاقات الدلالية التي تربط بين وحداتها اللغوية ، كذلك فقد ورد في هذا الفصل تعريف بالتعبير الكنائي في اللغة الهدف(الإنجليزية) وطبيعيته وأنواع الكناية فيها، وقد ختم الفصل بخاتمة تتضمن خلاصة الفصل وأهم ما جاء به نتائج .<br/>أما الفصلان التاليان(الثاني والثالث) فيمثلان الجانب التطبيقي لهذه الدراسة، أما الفصل الثاني المُعَنون بـ (ترجمة الكنايات الدالة على الطِّباع) فقد عرض لمجموعة من الصور الكنائية التي بلغت خمس عشرة صورة كناية، عرض في كل منها للمعنى اللغوي للتعبير الكنائي وأقوال المفسرين في ذلك والمعنى الكنائي مع تحليل ذلك دلاليًّا، وبيان مدى التوسع الدلالي في التعبير الكنائي، ومن ثم الانتقال إلى الترجمات الست – موضوع الدراسة - لتقييم الكفاءة التعبيرية لها في ترجمة الدلالة الكنائية في تلك الصور الكنائية، وقد اختتم الفصل بخاتمة تم فيها العرض لمنهجية المترجمين في ترجمة تلك الصور الكنائية، وتقييم كفاءتهم في نقل دلالات تلك التعبيرات الكنائية و مراعاة اتساعها الدلالي .<br/>ويجيء الفصل الثالث تحت عنوان (ترجمة الكنايات الدالة على الحالة النفسية) وفيه عرض الباحث لعدد من الصور الكنائية والتي بلغت خمس عشرة صورة كنائية، سار الباحث في تحليها على النهج نفسه الذي سار عليه في تحليل الصور الكنائية في الفصل الثاني، مختتمة كذلك بخاتمة تعرض لمنهجية المترجمين في ترجمة الصور الكنائية تلك وتقيم كفاءتهم في نقل تلك التعبيرات الكنائية يليها مناقشة لـ (استراتيجيات الترجمة وتحدياتها وتفرد التعبير القرآني) فجاء تتمة لما جاء في الفصلين الثاني والثالث، وفيه يعرض الباحث لأهم ما عنّ له من قضايا أثناء تحليله للصور الكنائية وترجماتها في الفصلين الثاني والثالث، وقد تناول ذلك تحديات الترجمة المتعلقة بالجانب الثقافي وخصوصية التعبير القرآني وفيه يناقش عدد من القضايا منها قضية المثاقفة في الترجمة والتي يجب أن يراعى فيها ثقافة المتلقي مع الحفاظ على هوية الأصل المترجَم ، كذلك فقد عرض المبحث لقضية التقيد بالنص وحرية المترجم في الإبداع والحدود المسموح له فيها بذلك ، كما عرض لقضية أخرى وهي تعدد المعاني التفسيرية للنص القرآني والكناية هنا على وجه التحديد وما يشكله كل ذلك من عقبات أمام المترجم، وقد ولي ذلك مناقشة لـ (ترجمة الكناية بين التنظير والتطبيق) فيعرض لجهود علماء الترجمة والاستراتيجيات المقترحة لترجمة الكناية، كما يعرض لما يقترحه الباحث من استراتيجيات لترجمة الكناية القرآنية بناء على ما ورد لدى علماء الترجمة.<br/>وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج تمت صياغتها في خاتمة الدراسة بناء على ما خلص إليه كل فصل من فصول الدراسة، كما تضمنت التوصيات التي توصي بها الدراسة، وقد ولي الخاتمة المصادر والمراجع التي اعتمد عليها البحث . |

| Summary, etc. | <br/>a) The present study deals with the semantic extensiveness of the Qura’nic rhetoric, especially the Qura’nic metonymy in the , in the light of which images of manners and psychological states are studied in a number of translations of the meanings of the Quran. This study focuses on six translations which are : the translations by Muhammad Abdul Halim, Abdullah Yusuf Ali, Muhammad Marmadyuk William Bakthoul, Muhammad Taqi Al-Din Al-Hilali and Muhammad Mohsen Khan, , as well as by Dr. Muhammad Ghali.<br/>This study has tried to achieve some objectives including the extrapolation of the semantic extensiveness of the Qura’nic metaphors related to manners and sociological states. Besides the study tries to semantically analyze and indicate the extensiveness of metaphorical expressions and how it is interpreted in the six translations under study. The study also assesses how effective are the different translations in questions in rendering the metaphorical meanings of the Holly Qura’n. In trying to achieve these objectives, the study relies on the descriptive analytical approach together with other approaches such as the contrastive approach of both the Arabic and English systems.<br/>The present study comprises an introduction, a preface, three chapters and a conclusion: The introduction indicates the objectives of the study, previous studies and the research questions that the present study is concerned with. The introduction also indicates the approach adopted as well as the material and metaphors in question. As for the preface, it deals with the concept of metonymic expression in the Quran as well as the concept of the semantic metaphor related to the manners and the psychological states. The preface also indicates the trends in the translating of the meanings of the Holly Quran into English. It also identifies the six translations under study and their authors.<br/>Chapter one introduces the theoretical aspect the study is based on. It indicates the nature of the semantic extensiveness of metonymy as it defines the concept of semantic extensiveness, focusing on the type of semantic extensiveness related to rhetorical reasons with reference to the views of ancient and contemporary scholars regarding the semantic extensiveness of metonymy. Chapter one deals at length with the structural nature of the metaphor and the semantic relations the link it’s linguistic components. The chapter also includes the definition of the metaphorical expression in the target language (I.e. English) , it’s nature and types of metaphors in question. Chapter one ends with a conclusion and summary of it’s results.<br/>Chapters Two and Three include the applied aspect of the study. Chapter two entitled (translating metaphors signifying manners) deals with 15 metaphorical images. In each of these images, the literal meaning of the metaphorical expression, the views of Qura’nic commentators, the semantic analysis of the metaphorical meaning and the extent of extensiveness of the metaphorical expression are postulated. The Chapter Two then goes on to the six translations in question to assess the efficiency of expression of each in translating the metaphorical meaning of the image under study. Chapter Two ends with a conclusion which indicates the approach of the translators in translating the metaphorical images. It assess their efficiency in rendering the metaphorical expressions and their semantic extensiveness.<br/>Chapter Three entitled (translating the metaphors signifying psychological states) deals with 15 metaphorical images in the analysis of which the researcher adopted the same approach used in Chapter Two. Chapter Three ends with a conclusion which postulates the approaches of the translators in translating the metaphorical images in question and assess the extent of their efficiency in rendering those metaphorical expressions.<br/>To conclude Chapter Two and Chapter Three the researcher includes a section in Chapter Three entitled (Strategies and challenges of translation and the exquisiteness of the Qura’nic expression). In this section the researcher discusses the important issues he has come across during his analysis of the metaphorical images and their translations in chapter Two and chapter Three. The researcher also discusses the challenges related to the cultural aspect and the peculiarity of the Qura’nic expression. In this respect, he discusses a number of issues including the issue of the culturalisation of translation according to which the culture of the translation readers while maintaining the identity of the translated text (The Holly Quran) . The researcher also discusses the translators creative freedom and the limits allowed in this respect. The researcher also discusses the diversity of the meanings presented by the Qura’nic commentators especially of the metaphors and the various difficulties confronted by the translators. The researcher then introduces a section entitled (metaphorical translation: theory and practice) in which he indicates the efforts of the translation scholars and the strategies they propose for translating the metonymy. The research concludes chapter Three, proposing his own strategies for translating Qura’nic metonymy taking into account the views of translation scholars.<br/>The present study stresses a number of comprehensive conclusions deducted from the discussions conclusions already introduced in the chapters of the study.<br/> |
