| Summary, etc. | تقع منطقة الدراسة في الشمال الشرقي من الواحات البحرية بين خطى طول بمساحة حوالي ١٠٠٠٠٠ فدان . حيث تم حفر ٧٠ قطاع أرضى لتمثيل أراضى منطقة الدراسة. و بتقييم الصلاحية الحالية للأراضى أوضحت الدراسة أن أراضى تشمل ثلاث رتب وهى متوسطة الصلاحية (S2), و هامشية الصلاحية (ٍS3) و غير صالحة للزراعة (N1). وتشكل الأراضى (S2) ٦٩,26 % من مساحة الدراسة و تشتمل على تحت رتبة واحدة S2x. وأراضى حدية الصلاحية ((S3 ٢٤,14 ٪ من مساحة الدراسة و تشمل تحت أقسام S3x,n و S3xd.وتشكل أراضى ((N1 ٦,58٪ من مساحة منطقة الدراسة.بعد تطبيق بعض التحسينات أظهرت النتائج أن حوالى ٨٧,78 ٪ من المساحة الكلية للأراضى متوسطة الصلاحية S2x ، بينما ١٢,22٪ تكون هامشية الصلاحية S3x,d. كما تمت مناقشة تقييم الملائمة الفعلية والمحتملة للتربة لبعض المحاصيل مثل القمح والشعير والزيتون والطماطم. |
