حوكمة الشركات هي نظام للرقابة والتوجيه على المستوى المؤسسي، يحدد القواعد والعمليات المطلوبة لاتخاذ القرارات العقلانية والمنطقية المتعلقة بعمل الشركة مع تحديد الأدوار والحقوق والعلاقات، وهي أيضا نظام يدعم العدالة والشفافية والمسؤولية والمساءلة والاستقلالية وأخلاقيات العمل، ويعزز الثقة والمصداقية في مكان العمل. وتعد إدارة الأزمات مكونًا أساسيًا في حوكمة الشركات لأنها تعمل جنبًا إلى جنب مع الرقابة الداخلية لتقوية نظام يعزز تأهب الشركة للاستجابة للأزمات بطريقة تتلاءم مع كافة الحالات الطارئة، وهي أيضا تعمل على ضمان استمرارية العمل ونشر ثقافة الانضباط. كما أن استخدام نهج منع الأزمات يعتبر أداة لمعالجة المشكلات المستمرة والمشكلات الخفية والأحداث المحتملة بكفاءة قبل أن تتحول إلى أزمات . تهتم الدراسة بالتعرف على إستراتيجيات التنبؤ بالأزمات أو منعها بشكل فعال أو التقليل من آثارها الضارة. كما يجب أن تكون إدارة الأزمات دائمًا استباقية وليست مجرد تفاعلية، بحيث تمارس إدارة الشركات منظومة استباقية لمراقبة القضايا التي تؤثر على عملياتها والمجتمع ككل، وإجراء تقييمات للمخاطر، ووضع خطط اتصال للأزمات |

Corporate governance is a system of control and guidance at the institutional level. It defines the norms and processes required for the organization’s work-related rational decision-making while defining roles, rights, and relationships. A system that supports fairness, transparency, responsibility, accountability, independence and business ethics. The study highlights the role of corporate governance as a proactive and preventive tool in crisis prevention. It identifies the degree of compliance with corporate governance practice, and the main issues affecting good corporate governance practice in the Egyptian Petroleum Sector. The deductive approach was followed to verify the hypotheses and the questions of the study. An online questionnaire form was used for quantitative data collection from the target respondents.<br/> |
