| Summary, etc. | يتناول هذا البحث موضوعا يتعلق بتفسير النصوص من خلال استثمار مقاصد الشريعة، فيما سماه البحث بالتفسير المقاصدي، وقد تناول البحث بيان أُسس هذا التفسير وضوابطه وأهميته، كما تناول تفعيل هذا النوع من التفسير في النصوص المتعلقة بأحكام الأسرة، وهذه النصوص أعني بها أولا نصوص القرآن الكريم، ثم نصوص السنة، ثم كلام الفقهاء، ثم امتداد ذلك إلى الفتاوى والقوانين.<br/>وقد عُني هذا البحث في جانبه التطبيقي بتسليط الضوء على ثلاث نواحي: الأولى: المقاصد العالية أو الأساسية لأحكام الأسرة، الثانية: المقاصد الخاصة المتعلقة بأبواب أحكام الأسرة، الثالثة: المقاصد الجزئية للنصوص الفرعية في أحكام الأسرة وبيان الأثر التطبيقي لهذا النوع من تفسير النصوص<br/> |
