| Summary, etc. | The subject of “prisoner's rights” is considered one of the subjects which combines authenticity and contemporary. The prisoner’s enjoying his primary or supplementary rights contributes to his rehabilitation, and integrate him into community in order to be a good person in society.<br/>In light of the above, prison administration should strive to achieve these rights to prisoners and not violate them, in order to create new principles of human rights in jails, amidst national strategy for human rights which adopted by the Egyptian state recently.<br/> |
