| Summary, etc. | بإنتهاء الحرب الباردة بين القوتين العظمتين، وانتشار الصراعات والنزاعات الداخلية بين الدول الأفريقية، والتي تركت آثارها على الأوضاع السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية على شعوب ودول القارة الأفريقية، أدى هذا التحول من منظمة الوحدة الأفريقية التي نشأت عام 1963 إلى الاتحاد الأفريقي عام 2002 والذي برزت اتجاهاته في تقوية العلاقات بين الدول الأفريقية، ومن الصراعات والنزاعات في إطار منظومة الأمن الجماعي مع السعي لتأسيس القوة الأفريقية الجاهزة على حل صراعات ونزاعات القارة والتي حملت اسم القوة الأفريقية الجاهزة للانتشار.<br/>كان الهدف من منظومة الأمن الجماعي هو توحيد الاختلافات الموروثة من الاستعمار للدول الأفريقية وتعزيز مفهوم الأمن الجماعي حول الصراعات والنزاعات وتوحيد المواقف الأفريقية بما يخدم مصالح تلك الدول والقدرة على مواجهة التحديات المختلفة، خاصة في ظل التواجد العسكري الأجنبي في العديد من الدول الأفريقية مثل (الصومال، أوغندا، أفريقيا الوسطى، جيبوتي، السودان، ...إلخ).<br/>في هذا الإطار تشكلت القوة الأفريقية الجاهزة للانتشار للعمل في مناطق الأزمات بالقارة، وذلك من مساهمات طوعية تقدمها الدول الأفريقية الراغبة في الاتحاد الأفريقي، بحيث يكون انتشارها بناء على قرار من مجلس السلم والأمن الأفريقي، وذلك وفقًا لخارطة الطريق للقوة الأفريقية الجاهزة المعتمد في مارس عام 2005.<br/> |
