| Summary, etc. | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن متطلبات تطوير رياض الأطفال في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 وبعض الاتجاهات التربوية الحديثة من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي لوصف الواقع الحالي لنظام التعليم في رياض الأطفال في مصر من حيث (التمويل، الإدارة، إعداد المعلمة، المنهج، التنمية المهنية لمعلمة الروضة). في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 وبعض الاتجاهات التربوية الحديثة والمنهج المقارن للتعرف على أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بين نظام التعليم في مرحلة رياض الأطفال في مصر ودول المقارنة وإمكانية الاستفادة منها بما يتماشى وثقافة المجتمع المصري، وتم إعداد أداتي الدراسة والمتمثلة في استبانة تم تطبيقها على خبراء رياض الأطفال من موجهات أوائل وموجهات عموم في بعض محافظات مصر(المنوفية-البحيرة-الدقهلية-القليوبية-القاهرة-أسيوط، بني سويف، البحر الأحمر) واستبانة خاصة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات التربية للطفولة المبكرة في بعض الجامعات المصرية (القاهرة-الإسكندرية-المنيا-الدقهلية-البحيرة-بني سويف، بورسعيد، أسيوط) توضح ما ينبغي أن يكون عليه التطوير في المحاور الخمس السابقة (التمويل، الإدارة، إعداد معلمة الروضة، المنهج، التنمية المهنية لمعلمة الروضة).<br/>وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي:<br/>-لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في متطلبات تطوير رياض الأطفال في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 والاتجاهات التربوية الحديثة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس تبعا للتفاعل بين الدرجة العلمية وسنوات الخبرة.<br/>-لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في متطلبات تطوير رياض الأطفال في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 والاتجاهات التربوية الحديثة من وجهة نظر الموجهات تبعاً للتفاعل بين المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة.<br/> |

| Summary, etc. | The study aimed to reveal the requirements for the development of kindergartens in the light of Egypt's vision 2030 and some modern educational trends with the descriptive approach to describe the current reality of the kindergarten education system in Egypt in terms of (funding, management, teacher preparation, curriculum, and professional development of the kindergarten teacher). In the light of Egypt's, vision 2030, some modern educational trends, and the comparative approach to identify the similarities and differences between the education systems at the kindergarten stage in Egypt comparison countries and the possibility of benefiting from them in line with the culture of Egyptian society The study tools were prepared, represented in a questionnaire that was applied to kindergarten experts from early mentors and general guides in some governorates of Egypt (Menoufia - Beheira - Dakahlia - Qalyubia - Cairo - Assiut, Beni Suef, Red Sea) And a questionnaire for faculty members in the faculties of early childhood education in some Egyptian universities (Cairo-Alexandria-Minya-Dakahlia-Beheira-Bani Suef, Port Said, Assiut)<br/>Clarifies what the development should be in the previous five axes (funding, management, kindergarten teacher preparation, curriculum, and professional development for the kindergarten teacher).<br/>The results of the study showed the following: <br/>-There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the requirements of kindergarten development in the light of Egypt's vision 2030 and modern educational trends from the point of view of faculty members, depending on the interaction between academic degrees and years of experience.<br/>-There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the requirements for the development of kindergartens in the light of Egypt's vision 2030 and modern educational trends from the point of view of the guides, according to the interaction between educational qualification and years of experience.<br/> |
