| Summary, etc. | This study investigated the effectivenesst of digital storytelling strategy based on interactive content to develop reading comprehension skills of primary school pupils. The number of participants in this study was 72 primary third grade pupils in Aswan primary model instutute, Aswan, Egypt. The participants were selected randomly, and assigned to an experiment group. They studied the English reading comprehension skills. All English reding comprehension skills were checked by peers and got comments from these peers. The period of applying the research was one week in the second semester of the academic year (2022-2023). The instrument was a pre/post writing test. The test was adopted from the English primary third grade student’s exercise book, 2023. The pre/posttest was analyzed using statistical analysis SPSS 23, Alpha Cronbach formula, Paired Sample t-test and Eta squared formula. The findings revealed therebwas not remarkable significant differences at 0.05 level between the pre/posttest of English reading comprehension Skills with the experiment group in favor of the posttest. As a result, the English reading<br/>comprehension skills for school primary pupils were not developed by using digital Storytelling strategy. |

| Summary, etc. | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من فاعلية استراتيجية السرد القصصي الرقمي المبني على المحتوى التفاعلي في تنمية مهارات الاستيعاب القرائي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية. بلغ عدد المشاركين في هذه الدراسة 72 تلميذاً من تلاميذ الصف الثالث الابتدائي بمعهد أسوان النموذجي الابتدائي بأسوان، مصر. تم اختيار المشاركين بشكل عشوائي، وتم توزيعهم على مجموعة تجريبية. لقد درسوا مهارات القراءة والفهم باللغة الإنجليزية. تم فحص جميع مهارات فهم اللغة الإنجليزية من قبل الزملاء وحصلوا على تعليقات من هؤلاء الزملاء. وكانت مدة تطبيق البحث أسبوعاً واحداً في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي (2022-2023). كانت الأداة عبارة عن اختبار كتابي قبلي / بعدي. تم اعتماد الاختبار من كتاب تمارين طالب اللغة الإنجليزية للصف الثالث الابتدائي لعام 2023. وتم تحليل الاختبار القبلي/البعدي باستخدام التحليل الإحصائي SPSS 23، وصيغة ألفا كرونباخ، واختبار t للعينة المقترنة، وصيغة مربع إيتا. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 بين الاختبار القبلي والبعدي لمهارات الفهم القرائي باللغة الإنجليزية مع المجموعة التجريبية لصالح الاختبار البعدي. ونتيجة لذلك، القراءة باللغة الإنجليزية<br/>لم يتم تطوير مهارات الاستيعاب لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية باستخدام استراتيجية السرد القصصي الرقمي. |
