| Summary, etc. | Over the last decade in specific, EU countries has been an important player in the field of migration and<br/>refugees. Tackling the refugee and migration crisis were sought to be studied from one of the countries that<br/>migrants can enter the European countries zone and hence Greece was chosen to be the focus for this<br/>reason. Consequently, researchers commenced examining and exploring the migration studies in Greece to<br/>have a better explanation to the phenomenon after the mass influx of refugees.<br/>The study at hand attempted to examine the influxes through the policies of the European country, seek<br/>better understanding to the indirect role the migrants could have played in creatingnationalistic tendencies<br/>in the decision-makingmachine that was reflected in having new set of rules and polices. Moreover, thesis<br/>examined the quality of living of migrants and asylum seekers in Greece.<br/>The examiner for the current study thought to base its methodology of research tools through the qualitative<br/>research, effect of the new political parties in EU generally and Greece in specific.It examines the<br/>circumstances the living conditions of the migrants determined by the EU and the Greek government, the<br/>level of their inclusion into the Greek society and community and the dangers they faced.<br/>The majority of migrants who enter Greece wishes to migrate to a country of the Northern and Western<br/>Europe. However, the laws and treaties of the EU countries force them to stay in Greece or even being<br/>pulled back to the country of first asylum or entrance formulated by the EU-Turkey deal which had a great<br/>role in understanding the migration crisis. The Greek laws are characterized by a vast bureaucracy,and they<br/>are of contradiction with the EU laws and customary international law. In the first entry of migrants and<br/>asylum seekers into Europe, they experienced harsh living conditions near the Greek- Turkish borders and<br/>especially in the detention camps |

| Summary, etc. | منذ عام 2015 ، بدأت الهجرة غير النظامية في الظهور بشكل كبير مع صعود ثورات الربيع العربي. وقد أدى التدفق غير المسبوق للاجئين إلى خلق هذا الوضع المتفاقم الذي يحتاج إلى تعاون دول الاتحاد الأوروبي بأكملها. شهدت الساحة السياسية تغييرات جديدة بإغلاق طرق البلقان والاتفاق بين الاتحاد الأوروبي وتركيا.<br/> تم اختيار اليونان بسبب تغيير الدور اليوناني من بلد عبور إلى متلقي للمهاجرين واللاجئين. وبالتالي ، بدأت الدول في الابتعاد عن المستوى فوق الوطني واعتماد نهج أكثر وقائية وفردية لإيجاد حل للازمه. <br/>مع صعود اليمين المتطرف ، كان من الضروري تحليل سلوك التصويت عبر دول الاتحاد الأوروبي و خاصة بدراسة حالة اليونان ، إلى جانب الخطاب السياسي والإعلامي الذي أدي إلى ظهور سلوكيات معادية للمهاجرينو التي لعبت دور كبير في تغيير سياسات اللجوء. <br/> اعتمدت الرساله علي تحليل تاريخ وتطور سياسة اللجوء في اليونان والطريقة التي تعاملت بها السلطات مع الأزمة و تحليل تأثير أزمة الهجره علي التوجه القومي في دول الاتحاد الاوروبي و الي أي مدي أثرت علي تغييرات سياسات اللجوء في اليونان. كما هدفت الدراسه الي تدقيق النظر لما يواجهه اللاجئين عندما يمنعون من العبور الي اوروبا ، و أوضاعهم في معسكرات الاعتقال ، او عودتهم القسريه الي بلد ثالثه كتركيا.<br/> |
