| Summary, etc. | هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على علاقة قبول الآخر لدى مشرفات دور الحضانة بالتسامح لدى الأطفال، وتكونت العينة من (60) مشرفة و(300) طفلًا وطفلة من أطفال دور الحضانة 3-4 سنوات . استخدمت الباحثة الأدوات التالية: مقياس قبول الآخر لدي مشرفات دور الحضانة (إعداد/ الباحثة) ومقياس التسامح لدى الأطفال3-4 سنوات (إعداد/ الباحثة)، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي المقارن ، وتوصلت النتائج إلى: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين درجات قبول الأخر لدى مشرفات دور الحضانة والتسامح لدى الأطفال ،لا توجد فروق بين الذكور والإناث فى درجة التسامح لدى الأطفال كما أوضحت النتائج أنه يمكن التنبؤ بدرجات التسامح لدى طفل الحضانة من درجات قبول الآخر لدى المشرفة. |

| Summary, etc. | The current research reveals the relationship between accepting the other by nursery supervisors and tolerance among children. The sample consisted of (60) supervisors and (300) children aged (3-4) years from nurseries. The researcher prepared the instruments used in the research: the acceptance of the other scale for nursery supervisors and the tolerance scale for children aged (3-4) years. The study relied on the comparative correlative descriptive approach. The results concluded a statistically significant positive correlation between the scores of accepting the other for the nursery supervisors and tolerance among children. Besides, there are no differences between boys and girls in the degree of tolerance in children. The results also showed that the children’s tolerance scores are predictable from the scores of accepting the other of the supervisors |
