| Summary, etc. | كان الغرض الرئيسى من هذه الرسالة هو تحديد أثر تطبيق مفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة <br/>(ايزو 9001) على أداء وجودة بعض المؤسسات الخدمية. حيث كانت الأهداف الرئيسية فى الدراسة عبارة عن عدة نقاط أهمها ما يلى: <br/>• التعرف على تطبيق شركات الخدمات العاملة لمفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة ومستويات ذلك التطبيق.<br/>• التعرف على طبیعة العلاقة بین عناصر إدارة الجودة الشاملة ودرجتها والأداء المؤسسي.<br/>• التعرف على مدى أهمیة جودة الخدمات للعملاء على أساس التحقیق والتمیز في مواجهة المنافسین. <br/>• معرفة العلاقة بین تطبیق إدارة الجودة الشاملة والأداء المؤسسي.<br/> |
