| Summary, etc. | تتحدد مشكلة الدراسة في دراسة موقف الصحف العربية من السياسة الخارجية في مصر بعد 30 يونيو بعد تغير المشهد الداخلي والخارجي في مصر، ودورها في تقديم صورة مصر للعالم، وتبرير السياسة الخارجية، والمواقف والاتجاهات التي تتبناها مصر تجاه دول العالم، ودورها في بناء العلاقات الدبلوماسية والعلاقات الدولية بين الدول، والبحث في تأثير الإعلام على العلاقات الدولية المعاصرة، حيث أصبح التبادل الإعلامي الدولي في ظل النظام الدولي الحالي من أكثر الموضوعات إثارة للاهتمام بسبب القدرات الهائلة والمتقدمة التي تعد بأثر هذه التطورات على التبادل الإعلامي الدولي، خاصة وأن التطور الذي شهدته وسائل الإعلام الجماهيرية في مجال الاتصال والإعلام والثقافة وأصبح سمة من سمات القرنين العشرين والحادي والعشرين.<br/>أهداف الدراسة:<br/>هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الصحف العربية نحو السياسة الخارجية المصرية بعد ثورة 30 يونيو، ورصد اتجاهات معالجة الصحف العربية للسياسة الخارجية بعد ثورة 30 يونيو، وأسلوب معالجة الصحف العربية للسياسة الخارجية، والتعرف على عناصر الإبراز التي تتبعها الصحف العربية للسياسة الخارجية بعد ثورة 30 يونيو، والكشف عن مصادر الصحف العربية محل الدراسة في استقاء معلوماتها في معالجتها للسياسة الخارجية بعد ثورة 30 يونيو. <br/>عينة الدراسة: <br/>طُبقت الدراسة على عينة من الصحف العربية، هي (الرياض السعودية، والديار اللبنانية، والشروق الجزائرية)، وتم اختيار العينة الزمنية للدراسة التحليلية بداية (من 1\7\2013 إلى 31\6\2016). <br/>نوع الدراسة: <br/>تنتمي الدراسة للدراسات الوصفية. <br/>منهج الدراسة: <br/>وظَّفت الدراسة منهج المسح، وذلك لمسح عينة من الصحف العربية للتعرف على حجم معالجتها للسياسة الخارجية المصرية بعد ثورة 30 يونيو.<br/>نتائج الدراسة: <br/>- احتلت الصور الشخصية المرتبة الأولى من بين فئة المعلومات المصورة بصحف الدراسة، يليها الصور الموضوعية. <br/>- وأظهرت النتائج أن الاستمالات الإقناعية المختلطة كانت الأولى من بين فئات الإقناع المختلفة، يليها استمالات التخويف في المرتبة الثانية. <br/>- كما كشفت النتائج أن فئة مسؤول احتلت المرتبة الأولى من بين القوى الفاعلة.<br/>- أظهرت النتائج أن من أهم أدوار القوى الفاعلة التنبؤات وإصدار بيانات وتقارير.<br/>- وتوصلت النتائج إلى التزام صحف الدراسة بتقديم المعلومات المهمة المتعلقة بالسياسة الخارجية المصرية، كما احتلت فئة الموضوعات الخاصة بمكافحة الإرهاب والتطرف، وحسن الجوار مع الدول الأخرى المرتبة الأعلى من بين موضوعات السياسة الخارجية لمصر في الصحف الثلاثة، يليها الموضوعات الخاصة بالحرص على عدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول.<br/> |

| Summary, etc. | The problem of the study is determined in studying the position of Arab newspapers on foreign policy in Egypt after June 30, after the internal and external scene in Egypt changed and its role in presenting Egypt's image to the world and justifying foreign policy. Attitudes and trends adopted by Egypt towards the countries of the world, and its role in building diplomatic relations and international relations between countries, and researching the impact of the media on contemporary international relations, as the international media exchange has become in light of the current international system. One of the most interesting topics because of the enormous and advanced capabilities that promise the impact of these developments on the international media exchange, especially since the development witnessed by the Jamahiriya in the field of communication, media and culture has become a feature of the last twentieth and twenty-first centuries.<br/>Objectives of the study:<br/> The study aimed to identify (attitudes of Arab newspapers towards Egyptian foreign policy after the June 30 revolution) and to monitor the trends of Arab newspapers' treatment of foreign policy after the June 30 revolution, and the method of Arab newspapers' treatment of foreign policy, and to identify the elements of highlighting that Arab newspapers follow for foreign policy after the revolution 30 June, and revealing the sources of the Arab newspapers under study in order to elicit their information during their treatment of foreign policy after the 30 June revolution.<br/>The study sample:<br/>The study was applied to a sample of Arab newspapers (Al-Riyadh Saudi, Al-Diyar Al-Lebanese and Al-Shorouq Al-Algeria) and the time sample was chosen for the analytical study starting (from 7/1/2013 to 31/6/2016).<br/>Study type:<br/>The study belongs to the descriptive studies sample.<br/><br/><br/><br/>Study Approach:<br/> This study employed the survey method in order to survey a sample of Arab newspapers to know the extent of their treatment of Egyptian foreign policy after the June 30 revolution.<br/>Results:<br/>- Personal photographs ranked first among the category of photographic information in the study newspapers, followed by objective photographs.<br/>The results showed that mixed persuasion was the first among the different persuasion categories, followed by intimidation in the second place.<br/>The results also revealed that the official ranked first among the active forces in the field that were analyzed in the study sample period with regard to newspaper coverage of Egyptian foreign policy issues.<br/>- The results also revealed that one of the most important roles of the active forces is to issue forecasts and issue data and reports.<br/>- The results revealed the commitment of the study’s newspapers to provide important information «related to Egyptian foreign policy. The category of topics related to combating terrorism and extremism» and «good neighborliness with other countries» occupied the highest rank among the topics of Egypt’s foreign policy in the three newspapers, followed by topics related to ensuring that no Interfering in the internal affairs of states.<br/> |
