| Summary, etc. | هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين المناعة النفسية كمتغير وسيط بين اليقظة العقلية وقلق المستقبل المهني لدى طلاب الجامعة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (455) طالب وطالبة من جامعتي القاهرة وعين شمس بمتوسط عمري قدره 22,894، ترواحت أعمارهم من 20 سنة إلى 25 سنة و انحراف معياري 1,347 ،استخدمت الدراسة مقياس المناعة النفسية، ومقياس قلق المستقبل المهني (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس اليقظة العقلية إعداد: Bear. et al. 2006)) ترجمة: (عبد الرقيب البحيري، وفتحي الضبع، وأحمد طلب، وعائدة العواملة، 2014). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: أن دخول المتغير الوسيط إلى جانب المتغير المستقل أدى الي تقليل تأثير المتغير المستقل على المتغير التابع، وهذا يؤكد التأثير الدال احصائياً للمناعة النفسية كمتغير وسيط في العلاقة بين اليقظة العقلية وقلق المستقبل المهني، وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين المناعة النفسية و اليقظة العقلية، وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين المناعة النفسية و قلق المستقبل المهني، وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين اليقظة العقلية و قلق المستقبل المهني. <br/>يهدف البحث الحالي إلى:<br/>1- الكشف عن العلاقة بين المناعة النفسية و اليقظة العقلية لدى طلاب الجامعة.<br/>2- الكشف عن العلاقة بين اليقظة العقلية وقلق المستقبل المهنى لدى طلاب الجامعة.<br/>3- الكشف عن العلاقة بين المناعة النفسية وقلق المستقبل المهنى لدى طلاب الجامعة.<br/>4- تحديد دور المناعة النفسية كمتغير وسيط بين كل من اليقظة العقلية وقلق المستقبل المهنى لدى طلاب الجامعة.<br/>أدوات البحث:<br/>1- مقياس المناعة النفسية: إعداد الباحثة.<br/>2- مقياس اليقظة العقلية:(إعداد: Bear. et al. 2006) ترجمة: عبد الرقيب البحيري، وفتحي الضبع، وأحمد طلب، وعائدة العواملة، 2014).<br/>3- مقياس قلق المستقبل المهني: إعداد الباحثة. <br/>عينة البحث: تكونت عينة الدراسة من (455) طالب وطالبة من جامعتي عين شمس والقاهرة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بمتوسط حسابي 22.894 و انحراف معياري 1.347. <br/> |

| Summary, etc. | the study aim to discover the relationship between psychological immunity as a mediating variable between Mindfulness and professional future Career anxiety among university students, the sample consisted of 455 (male and female students from Cairo and Ain Shams Universities) who were chosen randomly with an arithmetic mean of with an average age of 22,894, their ages ranged from 20 years to 25 years. 22.894 and a standard deviation of 1.347., the study tools: Mindfulness scale (Prepared by: Bear. et al. 2006) Translated by: (Abdul Raqib Al-Buhairi, Fathi Al-Dabaa, Ahmed Taleb, and Aida Al-Awamla, 2014), psychological immunity scale, and the scale of professional future anxiety scale (prepared by the researcher),The results showed: The entry of the mediating variable along with the independent variable in one regression equation reduces the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, and this confirms the statistically significant effect of psychological immunity as a mediating variable in the relationship between and Mindfulness and professional future Career anxiety, There is a relationship a statistically significant positive correlation between psychological immunity and Mindfulness scale, the existence of a statistically significant negative correlation between psychological immunity and professional future Career anxiety, and the existence of a statistically significant negative correlation between Mindfulness scale and professional future Career anxiety. <br/>study aimed:<br/>1- Detecting the relationship between psychological immunity and mindfulness among university students.<br/>2- Detecting the relationship between mindfulness and future professional anxiety among university students.<br/>3- Detecting the relationship between psychological immunity and professional future anxiety among university students.<br/>4- Determining the role of psychological immunity as a mediating variable between both mindfulness and professional future anxiety among university students.<br/>Study tools:<br/>1- Psychological Immunity Scale: Prepared by the researcher.<br/>2- A measure of mental alertness: (Prepared by: Bear. et al. 2006) Translated by: Abdul Raqib Al-Behairi, Fathi Al-Dabaa, Ahmed Taleb, and Aida Al-Awamleh, 2014).<br/>3- Anxiety scale for the professional future: prepared by the researcher<br/>Study sample:<br/>The study sample consisted of (455) male and female students from Cairo university, Ain shams university, who were chosen randomly, with an arithmetic mean of 22.894 and a standard deviation of 1.347.<br/> |
