| Summary, etc. | تمثل الهدف الرئيس للدراسة في قياس أثر تطبيق قواعد حوكمة البنوك عَلَى تحقيق متطلبات الشمول المالي وانعكاس ذلك عَلَى الأداء المالي للبنوك، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قَامتْ الباحثة بإجراء دراسة تطبيقية عَلَى عينة مكونة من (14) بنكًا من البنوك المدرجة ببورصة الأوراق المالية المصريَّة بالإضافة إلى البنك الأهلي المصري وبنك مصر باعتبارهما يُمثلان النسبة الكبرى في القطاع المصرفي في مصر، وَمِنْ ثَمَّ بلغ حجم المشاهدات النهائية في العينة (140) مشاهدة خلال سنوات الدراسة من عام 2012 وحتى عام 2021. قَامتْ الباحثة بتحليل البيانات، باستخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون، وطريقة تحليل المسارات ((Path Analysis لتوضيح وتفسير العلاقات السببية بين المتغيرات؛ وَقَدْ أظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي أَنَّهُ يُوجَدُ أثر إيجابي معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لحوكمة البنوك عَلَى الشمول المالي، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أَنَّهُ يُوجَدُ أثر إيجابي معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية للشمول المالي عَلَى الأداء المالي للبنوك، كما أشارت النتائج –أيضًا– إلى أَنَّهُ يُوجَدُ أثر إيجابي معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لحوكمة البنوك عَلَى الأداء المالي للبنوك. وأخيرًا، قد بينت نتائج الدراسة أَنَّهُ يُوجَدُ أثر إيجابي معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لحوكمة البنوك عَلَى الأداء المالي للبنوك من خلال الشمول المالي. |

| Summary, etc. | The main objective of the study is to examine the effect of bank governance on financial inclusion and its impact on the financial performance. By Using a sample of banks listed in the Egyptian Stock Exchange, due to the National Bank of Egypt – and Banque Misr, because they represent the largest percentage in the banking sector in Egypt, during the period between (2012–2021) to become the final observations in the sample are (140). This study is based on the time series analysis of data using the path analysis method, through which the data is analyzed and the hypothesis of the study is tested. <br/>Results showed that there is a significant positive effect between bank governance and financial inclusion. and also showed that there is significant positive effect between financial inclusion and the financial performance. The results also indicated that there is significant positive effect between bank governance and the financial performance. Finally, the results showed that there is a significant positive between the bank governance on the financial performance through financial inclusion.<br/> |
