| Summary, etc. | دراسة مدي اهتمام مستخدمي شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي بمتابعة إتفاقية السلام بين الإمارات واسرائيل خاصة بعد دعوة العديد من الدول عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الدعوة للسلام مع إسرائيل، وما قد يعنيه ذلك من ضخامة الأثر الذي تتركه مثل هذه المواقع على الجمهور، وتُعد هذه الصفحات أداة من أدوات الدعاية السياسية التي تقف وراءها الدول، وتسعى بشكل مستمر للوصول للجمهور العربي، وذلك في محاولة منها لكسر العزلة المفروضة عليها في المحيط العربي خاصة مع الشعوب العربية وليس الأنظمة من أجل بناء علًقات طيبة مع أفراده، فضلًا عما تحمله من مضامين متنوعه لرسم صورة إيجابية عن مجتمع مسالم، وديموقراطي، ومتقدم، وقادر على التعايش مع المجتمعات الأخري، وتبلغ الخطورة ذروتها عندما يتبنى الشباب العربي هذه الأفكار عن السلام مع إسرائيل، وتتكون لديهم صورة ذهنية إيجابية عنها، لذلك تتحدد مشكلة الدراسة في البحث عن دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تشكيل اتجاهات الرأي العام نحو اتفاقية السلام بين الإمارات وإسرائيل.<br/>أهمية الدراسة:<br/>• تبرز أهمية موضوع الدراسة في أن مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي جزءً لا يتجزأ من الحياة السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية.<br/>• أهمية الموضوع والفترة الزمنية: فقد شغلت إتفاقية السلام اهتمام الباحثين منذ ظهورها علي الساحة الإعلامية، ولكن الآن ومع تغير الظروف السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية المحيطة وبعلاقات الدول العربية بإسرائيل يتوجب علينا دراسة اتجاهات الرأي العام العربي نحو المجتمع الإسرائيلي في وسائل الاعلام.<br/>• وتعد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أهم مصادر تكوين الإدراك لدي الجماهير؛ حيث تقوم هذه الوسائل بتكوين الرأي العام حول مختلف القضايا المطروحة والأحداث والموضوعات في المجال العام، كما أنها تقدم مؤشرات كاشفة عن أداء القوى المجتمعية المتباينة من خلال تزويد المواطن بشكل دوري بالأخبار والمعلومات والآراء والتحليلات والتفسيرات والأحكام التقييمية التي تحدد معارفهم واتجاهاتهم وسلوكهم .<br/>• تأتي هذه الدراسة لمواكبة التيارات والاتجاهات البحثية التي تهتم بدراسة الرأي العام كمتغير متعدد الأبعاد، كما أن تلك المتغيرات التي تسهم في تحديد تأثيرات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في معارف الجمهور واتجاهاته وسلوكياته.<br/>• احتلال إتفاقية السلام في جميع الدول العربية عناوين الأخبار واهتمام وسائل الإعلام بتناولها والبحث في تأثيرها علي العالم العربي والغربي.<br/>• أهمية ما تتيحه شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي على الإنترنت من فرص متنامية للحوار الديمقراطي الحر حول القضايا السياسية والاقتصادية والأمنية ...الخ، بين أصحاب الاتجاهات المتباينة كبديل للصراع والعنف، إذ يمكن للمشاركين إنشاء منتديات جديدة للحوار يطرحون فيها ما يشاءون من افكار واتجاهات وأراء بتكاليف زهيدة، كما يمكنهم التعبير عن رؤيتهم من خلال المشاركة في المنتديات المختلفة على شبكة الإنترنت.<br/> |
