Summary, etc. The main goal of this study is to analyze the American role in the Arabian Gulf region, and the impact of this changing role on the roles of rising international powers such as Russia, China, and India, and what are the possibilities of the United States withdrawing from the Gulf region, especially with the United States strategy of besieging China and directing its interest in Asia to curb China's economic, political and military power and rise, the attempts of the United States to attract India as a strategic ally outside NATO, and the Gulf states' search for strategic hedging, especially after their confidence in the role of the United States as a guarantor of Gulf security and the security of the country was shaken.
