This thesis suggested to demonstrate a quantitative determination of some drugs <br/>that affect cardiovascular (CVS) and central nervous systems (CNS). The (CNS) <br/>drugs of choice were modafinil and zonisamide, which were estimated in the <br/>presence of their induced degradation products, while the (CVS) drugs of choice <br/>were diosmin and hesperidin as a mixture. Drugs under study were determined in <br/>their bulk powder and pharmaceutical formulations. Furthermore, zonisamide was <br/>estimated in spiked human plasma. Application of green philosophy was discussed <br/>widely and the greenness of the proposed methods were assessed through different <br/>greenness evaluation tools. The proposed methods were validated as per ICH <br/>guidelines and compared with the pharmacopeial or published ones. <br/>This thesis consists of 8 chapters with list of references in addition to summaries in <br/>English and Arabic. |

اقتراح جميع الدراسات المذكورة في هذه الرسالة تم لإجراء التعيين الكمي لبعض الأدوية التي تؤثر على الجهاز العصبي المركزي وكذلك على جهاز القلب والأوعية الدموية. العقاقير المؤثرة على الجهاز العصبي المركزي التي تم اختيارها هي مودافينيل والزونيساميد ، و قد تم تقدير كميتها في وجود نواتج التحلل الخاصه بها كلا على حدى ، بينما تم اختيار دواء واحد مؤثر على القلب و الأوعيه الدمويه وهو خليط الديوسمين والهسبريدين. التحديد الكمي لكلا الفئتين قد تم إما في مساحيقهم الخام أو في تركيباتهم الصيدلانية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، تم تقدير كمية الزونيساميد في البلازما البشرية. كما تمت مناقشة تطبيق طرق و مواد صديقة للبيئة على نطاق واسع وتقييمها من خلال الأدوات المختلفه الخاصة بذلك. تم التحقق من صحة الطرق المقترحة وفقًا ومقارنتها إما مع طرق دستورية أو مرجعية.<br/>تتكون هذه الرسالة من ثمانية أجزاء مع قائمة بالمراجع العلمية بالإضافة إلى الملخصات الإنجليزية والعربية.<br/>الجزء الأول: مقدمة عامة ومراجعة للمخطوطات التي تم نشرها خلال العشر سنوات الأخيرة المنوطة بالأدوية التي تم اختيارها فالرساله.<br/>الجزء الثاني: دراسة الثبات الخاصة بالمودافنييل - العلاج الواعد للمتلازمة العصبية لما بعد كوفيد - مع التعيين الكمي له في وجود ناتج التحلل الكامل باستخدام طرق قياس الطيف.<br/>الجزء الثالث: تقييم طريقتين كروماتوجرافيتين للتعيين الكمي للمودافينيل في وجود ناتج التحلل وذلك باستخدام المقياس البيئي التحليلي.<br/>الجزء الرابع: طريقة دالة على الثبات للتعيين الكمي لعقار الزونيساميد في وجود منتج التحلل التأكسدي الخاص به باستخدام طرق القياس الطيفي.<br/>الجزء الخامس: الدمج بين الكيمياء التحليلية الخضراء و طريقة الجودة حسب التصميم لتحليل الزونيساميد كميا.<br/>الجزء السادس: تعيين الزونيساميد كميا باستخدام قطب ذات الأغشية الإنتقائية للأيونات - وتقييم مدى صداقة الطريقة المقترحه للبيئه مع تطبيق ذلك على المستحضرات الصيدلانية للدواء محل الدراسة وكذا في البلازما البشرية. <br/>الجزء السابع: تقييم مدى الاخضرار والاستدامة باستخدام أداة المخطط العنكبوتي وخوارزمية 12(أحمر- أخضر-أزرق) للطريقة الكيمومترية المستخدمة في القياس الكمي لخليط الديوسمين والهيسبيريدين: الدواء الذي يقلل من معدل الوفيات الناجمة عن فيروس كوفيد-19.<br/>الجزء الثامن: خاتمة عامة. |
