| Summary, etc. | Infectious laryngotracheitis (ILT) and infectious bronchitis (IB) are two common respiratory diseases of poultry that inflict a great economic burden on the poultry industry. Developing an effective agent against both viruses is a crucial step to decrease the economic losses. Therefore, for the first time, green synthesized silver nanoparticles using Cyperus rotundus L. aqueous extract was evaluated in vitro as a potential antiviral against both viruses. On the other hand, Cancer is a major death root, and also candidiasis.<br/> |

| Summary, etc. | ٳلتهاب الحنجرة والقصبة الهوائية المعدي و التهاب الشعب الهوائية المعدي هما مرضان تنفسيان شائعان للدواجن يتسببان في خسارة ٳقتصادية في صناعة الدواجن علي نحو كبير. حيث أصبح من الضروري ٳعداد وتطوير عوامل فعالة جديدة ضد كلاً من الڤيروسين وتمت هذة الدراسة لأول مرة لعلاج كلا المرضين وكذلك لتقليل الخسائر الاقتصادية الحادثة. ومن ناحية أخرى، هناك مرض السرطان وهو من ضمن الاسباب الرئيسية للموت في العالم، وكذلك ضد فطر الكانديدا. وكانت المعاملة بجزيئات الفضة النانوية والمخلقة بٳستخدام المستخلص المائي لحشيشة السعد (بٳستخدام طريقة التخليق الأخضر) هي أفضل معاملة ٳستخدمت بعد ٳحداث الٳصابة بالڤيروسين وكانت اقل نسبة ٳصابه عند أعلي تركيز غير سام مستخدم وهو 50 ميكرو جرام/ مللي لتر. أيضا تم تقيم جزيئات الفضة النانوية لحشيشة السعد كعامل مضاد للسرطان ضد سرطاني الكبد والثدي وكان التركيز المثبط ل 50% لكلاً من خلايا سرطان الكبد والثدي 21.9 و47.7 ميكرو جرام/ مللي لتر، على التوالي. أيضا أختبرت كعامل قاتل لبعض البكتريا والفطريات وكانت أفضل نتيجة كعامل قاتل لفطر الكانديدا عند تركيز 15.6 ميكروجرام/مللي لتر. |
