Summary, etc. | Bifurcation analysis helps us classify pathological changes into benign and malignant changes by studying the stability points. However, its usage in neuroscience is still limited due to the lack of models that can run on bifurcation software. In this study, we applied bifurcation analysis on a six-compartment model developed on XPPAUT which contains the bifurcation module AUTO. The theory has helped us understand the role of each ion channel and the magnitude of each ALS change. This can help better understand the diseases and develop more specialized drugs.<br/> |

Summary, etc. | تساعد نظرية التشعب على تصنيف التغييرات المرضية عن طريق دراسة نقاط الاتزان إلى تغييرات حميدة مقاومة للمرض وتغييرات مرضية خبيثة. لكن يظل استخدامها في العلوم العصبية محدود لعدم توافر نموذج مكتوب باستخدام برنامج قادر على إجراء تحليل التشعب. في هذا البحث قمنا تطبيق نظرية التشعب على نموذج للخلايا العصبية الحركية عن طريق تصغير نموذج أكبر مكون من سبعمائة غرفة إلى نموذج سداسي وتنفيذ هذا النموذج في برنامج اكسبوت الذي يحتوي على أداة أوتو القادرة على إجراء تحليل للنموذج باستخدام نظرية التشعب. تم استخدام تحليل التشعب لفهم دور كل قناة أيونية وتحليل نتائج التغييرات التي ينشئها مرض الضمور العضلي العصبي في عملية الاستثارة العصبية. تتيح نظرية التشعب الفرصة لفهم طبيعة الأمراض وصناعة أدوية أدق في مواجهة الأمراض. |
