| Summary, etc. | يمثل الفقر قضية عالمية تتطلب جهودًا دولية للقضاء عليه بحلول عام ٢٠٣٠ وفقًا لأهداف التنمية المستدامة (SDGs). يواجه الفقراء ندرة الموارد ويعانون من نقص في الاحتياجات الأساسية للحياة، ويتم تجاهلهم في النظام الاقتصادي العالمي. وعلى الرغم من أن الفقراء يشكلون جزءًا كبيرًا من سكان العالم، إلا أنهم لا يحظون بالاهتمام الكافي من المؤسسات المالية. لذا، ظهر التمويل متناهي الصغر كوسيلة مالية لدعم الفقراء، حيث يمكنهم تحسين مستوى معيشتهم من خلال إيجاد فرص عمل وتأمين دخل مستدام يمكنهم من تلبية احتياجات أسرهم الأساسية مثل الغذاء والتعليم والرعاية الصحية.<br/>تتطلب تطوير قطاع التمويل متناهي الصغر بناء القدرات المحلية وزيادة كفاءة برامج التمويل، بالإضافة إلى المساهمة المزيدة من القطاع المالي الرسمي في تنمية هذا القطاع. تستند الدراسة على استخدام نموذج البيانات اللوحية وطرق التحليل الإحصائي لقياس أثر مؤشرات التمويل متناهي الصغر ومتغيرات أخرى على مستويات الفقر. وتشير نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي ملحوظ لمؤشرات التمويل المتناهي الصغر وبعض المتغيرات الأخرى في تقليل مستوى الفقر.<br/>مع ذلك، تظل الأدبيات المتاحة حول تأثير وأداء التمويل المتناهي الصغر في البلدان المتقدمة والنامية غير كافية، وتعد دراسة هذا التأثير وأدائه في هذه الاقتصادات تحديًا. لذلك، هناك حاجة إلى مزيد من الدراسات لتحسين التقييمات وتحديد الثغرات ووسائل التحسين اللازمة في هذا المجال |
