| Summary, etc. | To translate, culturally adapt, validate, and investigate the reliability of<br/>Arabic version of Fremantle Back Awareness Questionnaire for patients with<br/>chronic low back pain.<br/>Method: Thirty physical therapy experts (three panels) and 270 chronic low back<br/>pain patients, their ages ranged from (41.72±7.765 years) were recruited for<br/>psychometric evaluation. Test–retest as well as internal consistency analyses were<br/>used to assess reliability. Intraclass correlation coefficient (95% confidence<br/>interval) was used to assess test–retest analysis, whereas Cronbach alpha value was<br/>calculated to assess the internal consistency. Arabic version of Fremantle Back<br/>Awareness Questionnaire validity was evaluated in forms of face, content, internal,<br/>and construct validity. Demographic parameters, clinical characteristics like pain<br/>using numerical rating scale, Oswestry Disability Index, and Tampa scale of<br/>kinesiophobia were assessed along with responses to the study questionnaire.<br/>Results: Factor analysis revealed that the Arabic version of Fremantle Back<br/>Awareness Questionnaire has two factorial structures and The Arabic version of<br/>Fremantle Back Awareness Questionnaire correlated well with intensity of pain (r<br/>= -0.426), duration of chronic low back pain (r = 0.526), disability score (r = 0.381),<br/>but no significant relation with Tampa scale of kinesiophobia score (r = 0.257). The<br/>Cronbach alpha in this study for the questionnaire was 0.737 for which is above 0.7,<br/>indicating that the scale Can be considered internally consistent within our sample,<br/>and below 0.9 suggesting that None of the items are redundant. It has high test-<br/>retest, the Intraclass correlation coefficient value of the total score Of the Arabic<br/>version of Fremantle Back Awareness Questionnaire was 0.96, (P< 0.0001)<br/>suggesting that test-retest findings are strongly correlated.<br/>Conclusion: The Arabic version of Fremantle Back Awareness Questionnaire has<br/>acceptable psychometric properties of reliability and validity in the evaluation of<br/>back altered perception in Arabic‑speaking patients with chronic low back pain and<br/>can be useful for use in future research and clinical trials |

| Summary, etc. | ترجمة استبيان فريمنتال التوعوي لمنطقة الظهر لمرضى آلام أسفل الظهر المزمنة الى اللغه العربية، وتكييفها ثقافيا، والتحقق من صحتها، والتحقق من موثوقيتها.<br/>الطريقة: شارك في هذا البحث ثلاثون خبيرا ًبمجال العلاج الطبيعى (ثلاث لجان) ومائتان وسبعون مريضاً بآلام أسفل الظهر المزمنه تتراوح اعمارهم من (٤١,٧٢±٧,٧٦٥ سنه) لتحليل الخصائص السيكوميتريه. تم استخدام اختبار موثوقية إعادة الاختبار وتحليل الاتساق الداخلي لاختبار الموثوقية. تم استخدام معامل الارتباط الداخلي لتحليل اختبار-إعادة الاختبار بينما تم استخدام قيمة كرونباخ ألفا لقياس الاتساق الداخلي. تم تقييم الصلاحية الظاهرية وصلاحية المحتوى وصلاحية البناء الداخلي والخارجي. تم تقييم الخصائص الديموغرافية والسريرية مثل الألم باستخدام مقياس الالم الرقمي واستبيان أوسويستري للإعاقة ومقياس تامبا لرهاب الحركة إلى جانب الأجابات على اسئلة استبيان الدراسة. <br/>النتائج: كشف تحليل العوامل أن النسخة العربية من استبيان فريمنتال التوعوي لمنطقة الظهر لديها اثنين من العوامل عامة كما أنها ترتبط بشكل جيد مع شدة الألم (=-٠,٤٢٦ ) ومدة ألم أسفل الظهر(=-٠,٥٢٦) ودرجة الإعاقة (=٠,٣٨١) ولكن لا يوجد علاقة ملحوظه مع مقياس تامبا لرهاب الحركة(=٠,٢٥٧). يتميز الاتساق الداخلي بموثوقية جيده حيث كان مقياس كرونباخ ألفا ٠,٧٣٧ حيث أن كرونباخ ألفا أعلى من ٠,٧ مما يشير إلى أن الاستبيان يمكن اعتباره متناسقًا داخليًا داخل عينتنا، وأقل من ٠,٩ مما يشير إلى أنه لا يوجد أي سؤال داخل الاستبيان زائد عن الحاجة. كانت نتيجة تحليل اختبار موثوقية إعادة الاختبارعالية ٠.٩٦ مما يشير إلى أن نتائج اختبار موثوقية إعادة الاختبار مرتبطة ارتباطًا وثيقًا. <br/>الخلاصة: النسخة العربية من استبيان فريمنتال التوعوي لمنطقة الظهر تعتبر اداة ذات صلاحية و مصداقية في تقييم التغيرات في ادراك الجسم لمنطقة الظهر للأشخاص الناطقين باللغة العربية الذين يعانون من آلام أسفل الظهر المزمنة ويمكن أن تكون مفيدة للاستخدام في البحوث المستقبلية والتجارب السريرية. <br/> |
