Congenital cataracts are one of the leading causes of <br/>blindness and visual impairment in children. Either a parsplicata technique or <br/>a limbal approach can be used to surgically remove congenital cataracts. The <br/>study findings showed that HH ASOCT baseline evaluation is a useful method <br/>to demonstrate congenital glaucoma-like morphological abnormalities in the <br/>iridocorneal angle as the preoperative existence of membrane occluding <br/>angle and decrease in iris thickness may be the source for the future <br/>development of GFCS. After six months of follow-up, most of the parameters <br/>are comparable between the two groups, although, at six weeks, the CCT and <br/>IOP were considerably higher in the pars plicata group of patients than in the <br/>limbal group. |

يعتبر إعتام عدسة العين الخلقي من الأسباب الرئيسية للعمى وضعف البصر عند الأطفال. يمكن استخدام تقنية البرسبيكاتا أو الطريقة الحوفية لإزالة إعتام عدسة العين الخلقي جراحيًا. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقييم خط الأساس لـ HH ASOCT هو طريقة مفيدة لإثبات التشوهات الخلقية الشبيهة بالزرق في الزاوية القزحية القرنية حيث قد يكون الوجود قبل الجراحة لزاوية انسداد الغشاء وانخفاض سمك القزحية مصدرًا للتطور المستقبلي لـ GFCS. بعد ستة أشهر من المتابعة ، يمكن مقارنة معظم المعلمات بين المجموعتين ، على الرغم من أنه في ستة أسابيع ، كان CCT و IOP أعلى بشكل ملحوظ في مجموعة pars plicata من المرضى مقارنة بالمجموعة الحوفية. |
