Measuring the organization's performance is essential for continuous <br/>improvement and achieving organizational objectives. Appropriate organization <br/>measures include multiple dimensions. The relative importance of the multiple <br/>dimensions varies depending on the organization's context and the management <br/>team's vision. The variation in the management team's vision of the dimensions and <br/>associated sub-indicators show fuzzy assessment evaluation. Furthermore, solid <br/>target setting is crucial in improving the organization's performance. Organization <br/>management teams examine challenges in setting effective targets for the <br/>organizations. Negotiating and raising the previous year's targets by a specific <br/>percentage lead to unrealistic targets, loss of focus, and frustration. In addition to this, <br/>technical efficiency can be measured based on Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). <br/>There are two main categories of measures, radial measures and non-radial measures. <br/>The term “radial efficiency” means that a proportional input reduction or a <br/>proportional output augmentation is the main concern in gauging and assessing the <br/>efficiency of the DMU. <br/> The non-radial measures are called Global Efficiency Measures (GEMs). Russell <br/>Graph Measure and the Enhanced Russell Graph Measure are two important GEMs. <br/>These approaches aggregate input and output-specific efficiencies through the <br/>arithmetic mean. A multiplicative version of Russel graph measures is presented <br/>based on the geometric aggregation of input and output. This thesis aims to develop <br/>three models dealing with composite index formulation, Structural target setting, and <br/>new global efficiency measures. <br/> The first model focus on developing a composite organizational measure to <br/>aggregate the multiple dimensions considering the fuzziness in the preferences of the <br/>the performance dimensions and sub-indicators as a triangular fuzzy number and <br/>converting the fuzzy number to an interval using different alpha cuts. Furthermore, <br/>using the weight intervals to construct a composite organization index. The proposed <br/>approach is implemented in manufacturing organizations to prove practicality. The <br/>project management triple constraints (Quality- Cost – Time) are the main <br/>dimensions for organization performance. <br/> The second model focuses on building a multi-objective mathematical model <br/>representing organization performance. The model building is based on best sub-set <br/>regression and artificial neural networks (ANN). The Pareto optimum solutions of <br/>the multi-objective model are obtained using weighting methods. The optimal values <br/>of each KPI can be used as a target for the related process in the organization. <br/> The third model is focused on presenting new efficiency measures based on a <br/>“mixed aggregation” of additive and multiplicative versions of Russel and enhanced <br/>Russel graph measures. Moreover, the distance to the true frontier obtained by <br/>bootstrapping DEA is used as a criterion to detect the best combination weight. <br/>The three models are applied to practical cases to prove practicality. Furthermore, <br/>the implementation shows promising results and impacts on the organization's <br/>performance. <br/> NeuroShell predictor, Minitab 19, The R programming, and Lingo software are <br/>used in the data analysis of the case study. |

قياس أداء المنظمة امر ضروري للتحسين المستمر وتحقيق أهداف المنظمة. تشمل قياس أداء المنظمة أبعادًا متعددة وتختلف الأهمية النسبية لهذه الأبعاد حسب سياق المنظمة ورؤية فريق الإدارة. يُظهر التباين في رؤية فريق الإدارة للأبعاد والمؤشرات الفرعية المرتبطة بها تقييمًا يحتوى على الغموض والإلتباس. علاوة على ذلك يعد تحديد المستهدفات الموضوعية أمرًا حاسمًا في تحسين أداء المنظمة. يدرس فرق إدارة المنظمة التحديات في تحديد أهداف فعالة للمنظمات كما يمكن قياس الكفاءة الفنية بناءً على تحليل مغلف البيانات (DEA). ويعتبر مقياس راسل للرسم البياني ومقياس راسل المحسن للرسم البياني مقياسان مهمان لقياس الكفاءة الغير موجهة. <br/>الهدف من هذه الرسالة هو عرض ثلاثة نماذج متطورة لقياس الاداء حيث يركز النموذج الأول على تطوير مقياس أداء مركب لتجميع الأبعاد المتعددة مع الأخذ في الاعتبار الغموض في تفضيلات فريق الإدارة عن طريق تطبيق الاسلوب الرياضى الفازى وتنفيذ النموذج على منظمة صناعية واقعية.<br/>والنموذج الثاني يركز على بناء نموذج رياضي متعدد الأهداف يمثل أداء المنظمة. يعتمد بناء النموذج على أفضل مجموعة انحدار فرعية وتطبيق الشبكات عصبية اصطناعية (ANN). يتم الحصول على حلول باريتو المثلى للنموذج متعدد الأهداف باستخدام طرق الترجيح ويمكن استخدام القيم المثلى لكل مؤشر أداء رئيسي كأهداف للعمليات ذات الصلة في المؤسسة.<br/>اما النموذج الثالث يركز على تقديم مقاييس كفاءة جديدة تستند إلى "تجميع مختلط" للإصدارات المضافة والمضاعفة من مقياس راسل ومقاييس رسم راسل المحسّنة. علاوة على ذلك يتم استخدام المسافة إلى الحدود الحقيقية التي تم الحصول عليها عن طريق bootstrapping DEA كمعيار لاكتشاف أفضل وزن مركب.<br/>ولقد تم تطبيق النماذج الثلاثة على حالات عملية لإثبات كفاءتها وفاعليتها. وقد اظهرت المقاييس المقترحة نتائج وتأثيرات واعدة على أداء المنظمة. |
