Summary, etc. | Chemical composition of the phosphate glass system 40P2O5– 37ZnO– 2CuO – (20−x) Na2O–(x) V2O5 in terms of molar ratio with x=1,2,3,4,5, and 6 are made using the traditional glass melt method. Traditional Archimedes techniques are used to determine density. The molar volume was computed, and it was discovered that increasing V2O5 content decreases density while increasing V2O5 content increases molar volume. The structure of all homogeneous produced glasses was examined using X-Ray diffraction and UV-vis spectroscopy. The optical spectroscopic analysis for the obtained glass samples is carried out over the whole range (200–2500 nm) for studying the effect of bandpass absorption glass filter, its color peak center, and UV cut-off. The glass samples showed a bandstop in UV- and infrared range which was increased by increasing V2O5 content. The results reveal the practicality of this glass composition in optical color glass bandpass filter for UV preventing applications such as UV-Laser protection. In order to analyse their structure systematically, the infrared spectra were obtained throughout a continuous spectral range (400–4000 cm-1). The most active peaks were found in the 400 cm-1 to 2500 cm-1 range. The use of a deconvolution approach to Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) spectra was used to determine and differentiate the distinct vibrational modes. Summary, etc. | يهدف الي تحضيرزجاج الفوسفات للتركيب الكيميائي 40P2O5 -37ZnO- 2CuO–(20 − x) Na2O–(x) في معدل مولاري x=1,2,3,4, 5, and 6 بواسطة تقنية الذوبان السريع. يتم قياس الكثافة باستخدام طريقة أرشميدس التقليدية.ثم تم حساب الحجم الجزيئي ووجد أن الكثافة تتناقص بزيادة V2O5 وزيادة الحجم الجزيئي بزيادة V2O5 ، تمت دراسة جميع تركيبات الزجاج المحضرة المتجانسة بواسطة حيود الأشعة السينية والتحليل الطيفي للأشعة فوق البنفسجية. يتم إجراء التحليل الطيفي البصري لعينات الزجاج التي تم الحصول عليها في مدي (200-2500 نانومتر) لدراسة تأثير المرشح الزجاجي البصري لامتصاص الموجة ومركز قمة اللون والقطع في الأشعة فوق البنفسجية. أظهرت العينات الزجاجية توقف في نطاق الأشعة فوق البنفسجية والأشعة تحت الحمراء والذي زاد بزيادة V2O5. تظهر نتائج التطبيق العملي لهذه التركيبات الزجاجية في مرشح الزجاج ذي اللون البصري منع الأشعة فوق البنفسجية مثل الحماية من الأشعة فوق البنفسجية. تم قياس أطياف الأشعة تحت الحمراء على مدى طيفي مستمر (400-4000 سم - 1) .لوحظت القمم الأكثر نشاطًا في المنطقة من 400 سم - 1 إلى 2500 سم -1. تم استخدام مطياف الأشعة تحت الحمراء الحمراء (FT-IR) لتحديد وتمييز الاهتزازات المختلفة من خلال تطبيق طريقة فك deconvolution)) التحليل الطيفي للأشعة تحت الحمراء. يُظهر التحليل الطيفي بالأشعة تحت الحمراء (أطياف FTIR) اهتزازات محددة لوحدات الفوسفات. |
