| Summary, etc. | Onychomycosis is a common nail condition characterized by nail discoloration, onycholysis , nail plate thickening and crumbling . Fractional CO2 laser enhance the absorption of topical antifungal agents, thereby improving the efficacy of topical agents. Q-switched Nd:YAG laser , delivers higher energy in short pulses, causing a rapid elevation in temperature with selective photothermolysis and photomechanical disruption in the target area, along with immunological stimulation. |
