| Summary, etc. | The aim of this RCT is to compare the effect of using two different techniques<br/>in manufacturing copings in telescopic overdenture retained by two dental implants in the<br/>interforaminal region on patient satisfaction and retention<br/>Methods: 20 completely edentulous patients were randomly divided into two equal<br/>groups: (10 patients each).<br/>Group I (The Control group) For patients in this group, the secondary crowns of the<br/>telescopic overdenture were made of Cast metal copings hand free technique.<br/>Group II (The intervention group) For patients in this group, the secondary crowns of<br/>the telescopic overdenture were made of cast metal copings by indirect 3d printing.<br/>Results: There was a significant difference in overall retention forces between<br/>observations. There was no significant difference in overall retention forces between groups.<br/>There was a significant difference in patient satisfaction between observations. There was no<br/>significant difference in patient satisfaction between the groups.<br/>Conclusion: Indirect 3D printing can be an alternative to conventional free hand<br/>waxing up of Co-Cr copings to save time taking into consideration increased cost and complex<br/>workflow. |

| Summary, etc. | يؤدي الغياب المطول للأسنان إلى تآكل العظام الشديد. لذلك، فإن استخدام اثنين من زراعات الأسنان المدعومة منطقم الأسنان في الفك السفلي باستخدام الوصلات له نتائج ممتازة للمرضى مقارنة بأطقم الأسنان الكاملة التقليدية لأنه يقللمن تآكل العظام المتبقية، ويحسن الاحتفاظ واستقرار الطقم. <br/> تشمل الوصلات المستخدمة للاحتفاظ بطقم الأسنان على زراعات: مسمار وقضيب، ومغناطيس، ووصلاتتلسكوبية. أصبحت الوصلات التلسكوبية شائعة بشكل متزايد في السنوات الأخيرة . <br/>تم إجراء هذه الدراسة لمقارنة تأثير استخدام تقنيتين مختلفتين في تصنيع التأقلم في طقم الأسنان الزائد التلسكوبي الذي تحتفظ بالطقم . غرستان للأسنان في المنطقة بين الثقبات على رضا المرضى والاستبقاء <br/>تم تقسيم 20 مريضا عشوائيا إلى مجموعتين متساويتين: )10 مرضى لكل منهما(: <br/>المجموعة الأولى )المجموعة الضابطة( بالنسبة للمرضى في هذه المجموعة، كانت التيجان الثان وية للأسنان الزائدة التلسكوبية مصنوعة من تقنية التأقلم المعدني الزهري باستخدام اليدين. <br/>المجموعة الثانية )مجموعة التدخل( بالنسبة للمرضى في هذه المجموعة، تم تصنيع التيجان الثانوية لطقم الأسنان التلسكوبي من التأقلم المعدني المصبوب عن طريق الطباعة غير المباشرة <br/>بناء على نتائج هذه الدراسة، خلصنا إلى أن تصنيع التيجان الثانوية بالطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد غير المباشرة يمكن أنتكون بديلا عن الطريقة التقليدية مع الأخذ في الاعتبار زيادة التكلفة وسير العمل المعقد. <br/> |
