| Summary, etc. | Thin posterior occlusal veneers provide a conservative alternative to traditional<br/>full-coverage restorations. The right material and its influence on fracture resistance,<br/>which could affect the restoration's endurance, are still unclear.<br/>The goal of this study was to compare and evaluate the fracture resistance of<br/>occlusal veneers made of lithium disilicate (E-max), zirconia reinforced lithium<br/>silicate (Celtra Duo) and Resin Matrix Ceramics (Shofu) materials using two different<br/>preparation designs.<br/>A 42 Human 2 nd mandibular molars were used which were Caries free, with no<br/>previous restoration and with no root canal treatment. A 0.2 mm wax added around<br/>root of teeth. Teeth were fixed into epoxy resin transparent blocks. Elimination of wax<br/>by hot water was done. then, an Injection of light body silicone material into the space<br/>created around root of the teeth was done for simulating periodontal ligament.<br/>Randomization and Biogeneric copy were done for the samples. Teeth preparation for<br/>occlusal veneer was done with 0.7mm chamfer finish line. prepared samples were<br/> |

| Summary, etc. | أجريت هذه الدراسة لتقييم مقاومة الكسر للقشور الاطباقية الخلفية المصنعة من ثلاث مواد خزفية مختلفة<br/>وسمكين مختلفين بواسطة تقنية ال الكاد كام<br/>طبقا لعملية حساب عدد العينات، تم استخدام اثنان واربعون عينة وتم تقسيمهم ال مجموعتين متساويتين<br/>)إحدى وعشرون في كل مجموعة( وفقا للسمك المستخدم: المجموعة الاولي: إحدى وعشرون بسمك 1<br/>مللي المجموعة الثانية: إحدى وعشرون بسمك 1.5 مللي ثم تم تقسيمهم الي ثلاث مجموعات. وفقا لنوع<br/>المادة الخزفية المستخدمة الي: المجموعة الاولي: أربعة عشر من مادة السيراميك الزجاجي المجموعة<br/>الثانية: أربعة عشر من مادة السيراميك الزجاجي المعزز بمادة الزيركون المجموعة الثالثة: أربعة<br/>عشر من مادة السيراميك الهجين تم تثبيت الاسنان في مجسمات من مادة الايبوكسي وتم حقن مادة<br/>السيليكون حول جذور الاسنان ثم تم عمل نسخة بيولوجية عامة لجميع الاسنان لحفظ شكلها قبل<br/>التحضير ومقارنتها بالشكل بعد التحضير وتصويرها بالكاد كام كما تم عمل دليل مطاطي للأسنان<br/>لمقارنة نسبة التحضير قبل وبعد.<br/>تم تحضير الاسنان بتصميم خط نهاية محيطي., 7 مللي ثم تم مسح الاسنان المحضرة باستخدام الماسح<br/>الضوئي، ثم تم تصميم قشور الاطباق باستخدام تقنية الكاد كام، ثم تم خرط القشور الاطباقية باستخدام آلة<br/>خرط ذات الأربع محاور من ثلاث مواد مختلفة.<br/>بعد خرط القشور الاطباقية من السيراميك الزجاجي تم لزقها باستخدام اللزق الراتنجي المزدوج المعالجة<br/>وتم وضعها تحت جهاز تحميل ذو حمل 1 كيلو ثم تم تنشيفها بضوء الليزر.<br/> |
