Summary, etc. Laser writing technique (LW) was used on 2-dimensional material to fabricate supercapacitors (SCs) for studying the electrochemical characteristics while considering different lasers. Graphene was used with lasers with different FWHM, power, wavelength and exposure time. SCs were prepared using 1064 nm Q-switched laser. The other part of the study used the same technique to develop near Li-ion battery energy density using yin dioxide-doped graphene active material.

Summary, etc. تم استخدام طريقة التعريض لليزر لمواد ثنائية الابعاد لتصنيع مكثفات فائقة ودراسة الخواص الكهروكيميائية الخاصة بها مع مرعاة تأثير انواع مختلفة من الليزر. وقد تم تحضير الجرافين كأحد أهم وافضل المواد ثنائية الأبعاد مع مرعاة التفاعل الخاص بها من زمن النبضة و زمن التعريض والطول الموجى لليزر المستخدم الى اخره. وعليه تم تصنيع مكثفات فائقة من الجرافين بأستخدام ليزر النانوثانية بطول موجى 1064 نانومتر. ويتناول الجزء الأخر من الدراسة استخدام ذات التقنية لتطوير مكثف فائق باستخدام اوكسيد القصدير المطعم للجرافين لذيادة السعة التخزينية للمكثف الى مستوى بطاريات الليثوم.
