Summary, etc. | The objective of this research is to examine how dynamic loads, such as an induction motor, <br/>behave at steady state as the reactive power demand from the supply increases, as well as the <br/>influence of this demand fluctuation on the network that supplies such loads. Full system <br/>modeling and analysis have been built for both following cases, the fixed reactive power <br/>compensator and the STATCOM, supplying varying load needs. The test cases simulate different <br/>loading conditions for various load demands to study the differences in application of common <br/>fixed compensators and STATCOM’s. Also extraction of the maximum power point of the PV <br/>array is achieved using a novel modified method which was able to extract maximum output <br/>power within a fast time response. A sliding mode controller was used in the maximum power <br/>point extraction of the PV array integrated with adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system. |

Summary, etc. | الهدف من هذه الرسالة هو دراسة كيفية تصرف الأحمال الديناميكية ، مثل المحرك الحثي ، في حالة زيادة الطلب على القدرة الغيرفعالة من الشبكة ، بالإضافة إلى تأثير هذا التقلب في الطلب على الشبكة التي توفر مثل هذه الأحمال. تم بناء نماذج وتحليل كامل للنظام في كلتا الحالتين التاليتين ، معوض القدرة الغيرفعالة و الستاتكوم ، مما يوفر احتياجات الحمل المتغيرة. تحاكي النماذج اللي يتم دراستها ظروف تحميل مختلفة لدراسة الاختلافات في تطبيق المعوضات الثابتة الشائعة و الستاتكوم. يتم أيضًا استخلاص أقصى قدرة للخلايا الكهروضوئية باستخدام طريقة جديدة معدلة والتي كانت قادرة على استخراج أقصى قدرة خلال استجابة زمنية سريعة. على الصعيد العالمي ، ارتفع توليد الطاقة الموزعة في شبكات الطاقة التقليدية بشكل كبير. يرجع هذا النمو في الغالب إلى استخدام مصادر الطاقة المتجددة لتوفير الطاقة النظيفة والاستدامة. يتم دمج الطاقة المتجددة في الوقت الحاضر في الشبكة. |
