Summary, etc. | This work presents the design of fully integrated push pull class E/Fodd switching power amplifier for NB-IoT. Cascode structure is used for the switch with source switching technique to accommodate the high peak drain voltage stress of around 9.3 V. The targeted frequency band is 824-849 MHz. The design is done in a 40 nm CMOS process with a 3.3 V supply for the power amplifier and a 1.2V supply for the driver stage. This PA achieves a peak power added efficiency of 62% at the peak output power of 30.3 dBm and average power added efficiency of 35% at post layout simulations. |

Summary, etc. | يقدم هذا العمل تصميم مكبر قدرة مدمج بالكامل من فئة E/Fodd لنظام النطاق الترددي ضيق النطاق-إنترنت الأشياء. يتم استخدام المفتاح علي بنية مكونة من جهازين ترانزستور مركبين فوق بعضهما البعض (cascode) مع استخدام تقنية التحكم عن طريق مصدر الترانزستور الرئيسي بدلاً من التحكم عن طريق بوابة الترنزسنور لاستيعاب الإجهاد الناتج عند مصب الترانزستور الذي يصل إلي حوالي 9.3 فولت. نطاق التردد المستهدف هو 824-849 ميجا هرتز. يتم التصميم في عملية TSMC40nm مع إمداد 3.3 فولت لمكبر القدرة وإمداد 1.2 فولت لمرحلة السائق التي تسبق مكبر قدرة. يحقق هذا التصميم علي مستوي نتائج محاكاة هذه الدائرة ذروة كفاءة طاقة تبلغ 62٪ عند ذروة طاقة خرج تبلغ 30.3 ميلي ديسيبل، و متوسط كفاءة طاقة بنسبة 35٪. |
