Background: The problem of increasing the chemical fertilizers cost inputs is growing and plays a major role in increasing production cost of crops and the outlook for reducing the use of fertilizers in future is still pendulous. Egyptian clover is rightfully considered the first responsible for achieving sustainable fertility of Egyptian lands for more than five thousand years. Clover adds to the soil from 45 - 90 kg of organic nitrogen per feddan, equivalent to 300 - 600 kg of fertilizer containing 15% nitrogen. So, The use of bio-fertilizer for legumes (berseem ) to increase soil fertility and reduce the use of nitrogen chemical fertilizers and reduce the pollution of the environment resulting from the excessive use of these fertilizers' and access to food healthy and safe for both humans and animals.<br/>The objectives:The objective of this lab experiment was to evaluate the effects of laser exposure times and incubation seeds by Rhizobia fertilization on (1) germination morphological characteristics, and (2) the suitable laser exposure time. While, the specific objectives of field experiment were to: (a) Compare the efficacy of Rhizobium inoculation, to laser radiation of clover seeds in terms of germination, growth parameters, nodulation and productivity, under field conditions., (b) Study the nitrogen, Rhizobium, laser radiation use efficiency and life cycle of root nodules on soil cultivation practices in clover., (c) Use the available irrigation water qualities (Nile water and groundwater) optimally., and (d) Minimize excessive chemical fertilizers by using biofertilizer.<br/>Materials and Methods:Clover seed samples were cultivated in pots for a full growing, Three samples of clover seeds were exposed by laser radiation with wavelength 632.8 nm) with three times (5, 10 and 15 minutes) and three samples of clover seeds were incubated by Rhizobia with of 5, 10 and 15 minutes of laser radiation time) and one sample without any treatment (control) and other sample with Rhizobia only as control. The laser or/and Rhizobium eight samples of clover seeds after irradiating by two treatments were cultivated in two experiments, first as germination and second as experimental (full grown). Therefore, the total number of treatments 16 with four replicate, become 64 samples were used in this expermints. While, soil, water and plant samples were analyzed as physical and chemical properties during growth period of clover plants after each cutting stage.<br/>Results and discussions: GP was affected by laser exposure time (LET) or/and Raizobium (Rhiz). Responses of GP to LET indicates that, under 5, 10, and 15 min., the average GP was high (98 and 99%)<br/><br/>iii<br/> <br/><br/>over a untreated sample (control) 88%. GP was still above 88% at 5 min or and Rhizobium. The laser exposed time (5 min) or/and Rhizobium for this experiment were the optimal treatments for GP when laser exposed time or/and laser 5 min.<br/>The sample treated by Laser (5 min) or / and Rhizobium was the heighest value in Morphological parameters, Soil analysis, Plant analysis than treatments of N2, Rhizobia, N2+Laser, and N2+Rhizobia.<br/>For using fresh water, the results were indicated that the marphological parameters of clover plants were gradually increased for (N2, Rhizobia, N2+Laser, N2+Rhizobia, and Rhizobia+Laser) for first, second, third and fourth cutting of clover plants, respectively. While, irrigated samples by ground water were gradually increased but by less values of frish water<br/>Also, for using fresh water, the results were indicated that the NPK contents of Soil and clover plants were gradually increased for (N2, Rhizobia, N2+Laser, N2+Rhizobia, and Rhizobia+Laser) for first, second, third and fourth cutting of clover plants, respectively. While, irrigated samples by ground water were gradually increased but by less values of frish water<br/>As well As, Also, for using fresh water, the results were indicated that the chemical analysis of Soil and clover plants were gradually increased for (N2, Rhizobia, N2+Laser, N2+Rhizobia, and Rhizobia+Laser) for first, second, third and fourth cutting of clover plants, respectively. While, irrigated samples by ground water were gradually increased but by less values of frish water<br/>Conclussions: The laser exposed time (5 min) or/and Rhizobium for this experiment were the optimal treatments for GP when laser exposed time or/and laser 5 min, and the sample treated by Laser (5 min) or / and Rhizobium was the heighest value in Morphological parameters, Soil analysis, Plant analysis than treatments of N2, Rhizobia, N2+Laser, and N2+Rhizobia. |

تم إجراء تجارب معالجة بذور البرسيم (Trifolium Alexandrinum L.) صنف جيزة 6 في معمل تطبيقات الليزر في الهندسة الزراعية في المعهد القومي لعلوم الليزر ، جامعة القاهرة ، بينما أجريت معاملات الريزوبيوم والزراعة في معهد بحوث الأرضى والمياه والبيئة ، مركز البحوث الزراعية ، ولكن تم تحليل عينات التربة والنباتات في المعمل المركزي لمراقبة الجودة البيئية ، القناطر ، مصر ، خلال عام 2020/2021.<br/><br/>الهدف العام من هذا البحث هو تقييم فائدة لقاحات ريزوبيوم وأشعة الليزر لإنتاج البرسيم. أيضا ، كان العمل الحالي هو مقارنة تأثيرات التلقيح بالنيتروجين والتخصيب بالنيتروجين (المعدني) وتأثيرات الليزر على عوامل النمو ، والتقييد وامتصاص المغذيات لبذور البرسيم في الظروف المختبرية والحقلية.<br/><br/>كان الهدف من هذه التجربة المعملية هو تقييم تأثيرات أوقات التعرض بالليزر وبذور الحضانة عن طريق الإخصاب الجذري على (1) الخصائص المورفولوجية للإنبات ، و (2) وقت التعرض لليزر المناسب ، (3) معدلات النترجة المحتملة ، و (4) ) النمو والامتصاص والعائد. بينما كانت الأهداف المحددة للتجربة الميدانية هي: (أ) مقارنة فعالية تلقيح الجذور ، بإشعاع الليزر لبذور البرسيم من حيث الإنبات ، ومعايير النمو ، والعقد والإنتاجية ، في ظل الظروف الميدانية. ، (ب) دراسة النيتروجين ، Rhizobium ، كفاءة استخدام إشعاع الليزر ودورة حياة العقيدات الجذرية في ممارسات زراعة التربة في البرسيم. ، (ج) زيادة خصوبة التربة في الأراضي المزروعة. ، (د) استخدام نوعية مياه الري المتاحة (مياه النيل والمياه الجوفية) على النحو الأمثل.
