| Summary, etc. | Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare closed sinus lifting using osseodensification technique <br/>versus conventional osteotomes regarding primary stability and survival rate of the implants. <br/>Methods: Twenty cases were included in the study, all selected patients from the outpatient’s clinic of <br/>the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department, Faculty of Dentistry, Cairo University. The patients divided <br/>into two equal groups. Group 1 included 10 cases for closed sinus lift by conventional osteotome and Group <br/>2 included 10 cases closed sinus lift by osseodensification technique (Densah Bur). Radiographic <br/>interpretation before implant placement and resonance frequency analysis was done for each implant at <br/>surgery (Intra-operative) to assess the primary stability and after 5 months for secondary stability and <br/>survival rate of the implants. <br/>Results: Resonance frequency analysis was recorded by ISQ, intra-operative (0 weeks) and there <br/>was a significant statistically difference between Osteotome group and Osseodensification (Densah Bur) <br/>group where p value =0.003. Intraoperative, the highest mean value was found in (Densah bur) was 70.70, <br/>while the least mean value was found in (Osteotome) was 65.20. Also, ISQ was recorded after 5 months <br/>post-operative (20 weeks) and there was a significant statistically difference between Osteotome group <br/>and Osseodensification (Densah Bur) group where p value =0. 002.The highest mean value was found in <br/>(Densah Bur) group was 76.80, while the least mean value was found in (Osteotome) group was 70.8. <br/>ns: Closed sinus lift with Osseodensification (Densah Bur) technique offer a procedure <br/>characterized by speed, simplicity, safety for integrity of the membrane with reduction in healing time <br/>and morbidity of patients without need for lateral window or hand tapping force of Osteotome. Also, <br/>the two techniques have acceptable of primary stability and secondary stability of the implants for positive <br/>outcomes. |

| Summary, etc. | يعتبر فقد الاضراس الخلفيةٌ فى منطقه الفك العلوى مشكله عند إستخدام غرسات الأسنان بسبب نقص العظام المتبقى ايضا بسبب جوده العظم بسبب ارتشاف الحافة السنخيةٌ وتنفيسٌ الجيوٌب الأنفيةٌ<br/>أجريتٌ هذه الدراسة بتقنيةٌ رفع وشد الجيوٌب الأنفيةٌ المغلقة إما بتقنيةٌ العظم التقليدٌي أو تقنيةٌ التكثيفٌ العظمى الروايةٌ بواسطة( مثقب الدنسا لتقييمٌ الثبات الأولى فى الجراحة وبعد الجراحة بعد 5 أشهر باستخدام<br/> معدل ثبات الزراعه تحقيق معدل تردد الزراعات مع قراءه ( اوستيل ) جهاز<br/>تم اختياٌر عينٌة الدراسة المرشحة من عياٌدات قسم جراحة الفم والوجه والفكينٌ ، كلية طب الأسنان ،<br/>جامعة القاهرة على أساس معايير التضمينٌ والاستبعاد.<br/>تم تقسيمٌ المرضى إلى مجموعتينٌ متساويتٌينٌ:<br/>المجموعة أ: رفع الجيوٌب الأنفيةٌ المغلقة عن طريقٌ العظم مع وضع الغرسة فى 10 حالات عديمٌى<br/>الاضراس الخلفية فى الفك العلوى .<br/>المجموعة ب: رفع الجيوٌب الأنفيةٌ المغلقة عن طريقٌ تقنيةٌ التكثيفٌ العظم)مثقب الدنسا( مع وضع<br/>الزرع فى 10 حالات عديمٌى الاضراس الخلفية فى الفك العلوى.<br/>تم قياٌس الاستقرار الأساسى لكل غرسة بواسطة جهاز الاوستل مع الرابط الذكى الذي تم وضعه على<br/>الغرسة لتسجيلٌ معدل ثبات الزرعه .<br/>يتم تسجيل معدل ثبات الزرعه لكل غرسه فى الجراحة ( أثناء الجراحه ) وبعد 5أشهر من التثبييت .<br/>أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيةٌ بينٌ مجموعتى ) (Osteotome <br/>المبضع العظمى و( Osseodensification) مجموعة التكثيف العظمى فى قراءه معدل الثبات أثناء الجراحه وبعد الجراحة حيث وجدت أعلى قيمه متوسطه فى التكثيف العظمى Osseodensification))<br/>بينٌما وجدت أقل قيمٌة متوسطة فى مجموعه المبضع العظمى.<br/>تم تطبيقٌ إجراء رفع الجيوٌب الأنفيةٌ المغلقة على المرضى الذينٌ يعٌانون من وجود بقاء عظمى 6-8 ملم<br/>بأمان بدون انثقاب فى الجيوٌب الأنفيةٌ مع وضع الزرع المتزامن بطول 10.00 ملم .<br/>تقدم تقنيةٌ رفع الجيوٌب الأنفيةٌ المغلقة بتقنيةٌ التكثيفٌ العظم )مثقب الدنسا( إجراءً يتٌميزٌ بالسرعة<br/>والبساطة والأمان لسلامة الغشاء مع تقليلٌ وقت الشفاء والمراضة للمرضى دون الحاجة إلى نافذة جانبيةٌ<br/>أو قوة النقر باليدٌ بواسطه المبضع العظمى .<br/>من هذه الدراسة يمٌكننا أن نوصى بمزيدٌ من الدراسات المستقبليةٌ مع حجم عينٌة كبيرٌ وفترة متابعة أكثر<br/>لتقييم معدل بقاء الغرسات والنقصان أو الزياٌدة فى قراءة معدل الثبات |
