Summary, etc. | This thesis presents the successful development of a low-cost ventilator with high accuracy, incorporating sensor fusion and artificial neural networks. This ventilator supports three volume ventilation modes and utilizes a dataset of 2601 samples for designing the Artificial neural network (ANN) based control loop. It is the first documented instance where ANN is employed in the control loop design. The final ANN model achieves an acceptable mean square error of 24.79 in determining blower speed, and high determination coefficient of 87.97%, contributing to enhanced performance and convergence of the PID controller. |

Summary, etc. | تقدم هذه الرسالة التطوير الناجح لجهاز تنفس صناعي منخفض التكلفة بدقة عالية، ويتضمن اندماج أجهزة الاستشعار والشبكات العصبية الاصطناعية. يدعم جهاز التنفس الصناعي هذا ثلاثة أوضاع تهوية معتمدة على التحكم في حجم الهواء المضغوط ويستخدم مجموعة بيانات من 2601 عينة لتصميم حلقة التحكم المعتمدة على الشبكة العصبية الاصطناعية. هذا هو أول مثيل موثق حيث تم استخدام الشبكة العصبية الاصطناعية في تصميم حلقة التحكم. يحقق نموذج الشبكة العصبية الاصطناعية النهائي معامل خطأ مربع في تحديد سرعة المناخ (blower) مقبول يساوي 24,79، ومعامل تحديد عالي قدره 87,97٪، مما يساهم في تعزيز الأداء وتحسين وحدة تحكم PID. |
