Parametric design is a computational means that helps generate adaptive and responsive urban models. The use of parametric design in urban design and planning has covered various aspects through its three phases: (analysis, generation, and evaluation). Visual perception of a place represents an essential aspect of the urban design process, it directly affects people’s emotions, cognition, and impression. Aiming to have a comprehensive model that could be responsive to human perception as well as other natural and man-made features. |
