| Summary, etc. | This study enrolled sixty patients with "Post-COVID-19 syndrome" aged 40 (±3) years from Central Hospital of El Khankah. The participants were assigned randomly into group A & B, each one contains 30 patients. Group A underwent three weekly sessions of LA and daily PBW of 3000 steps). While, group B underwent only daily PBW of 3000 steps. They were assessed by blood analyzer for biomarkers (WBCs, neutrophils, lymphocytes and CRP), six-minute walk test, fatigue assessment scale, Pittsburgh sleep quality index, modified Borg scale to measure dyspnea, and SF-36, pre and after the 4 weeks of treatment at the end of study . |

| Summary, etc. | اشتملت الدراسة على 60 مريضا ما بعد كوفيد-19 من كلا الجنسين واعمارهم بين 35-45عاما من العيادة الخارجية لامراض الصدر بمستشفى الخانكة المركزى. تم تقسيمهم عشوائيا بالتساوى الى مجموعتين. تناولت الاولى برنامج المشى على اساس مقياس السرعة بمفردة (3000 خطوة يوميا) وباضافة تنبيه نقاط الابر الصينية بالليزر. وتناولت المجموعة الثانية فقط المشى باستخدام تطبيق الهاتف الذكى لحساب الخطوات. استمرت الدراسة لمدة شهر (3 مرات اسبوعيا). تم تقييمهم قبل وبعد العلاج باستخدام جهاز تحليل الدم، مقياس بتسبرج لجودة النوم، مقياس الاجهاد، مقياس بورج المعدل لضيق النفس، استبيان الصحة او جودة الحياة النسخة المختصرة 36، و اختبار المشى 6 دقائق فى نهاية الدراسة . |
