| Summary, etc. | One of the most important factors for the success of implant-supported restoration is gingival <br/>esthetics. The presence of dental papilla is critical for achieving an esthetic outcome with single-tooth <br/>dental implant restoration. Reconstruction of missing peri-implant papilla is still an unpredictable and <br/>challenging problem.<br/>The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of a modified pedicle subepithelial connective tissue<br/>graft in creating anatomical papilla around one-stage delayed implant in the esthetic zone to establish better <br/>esthetics. This modified pedicle subepithelial connective tissue graft was performed for papilla<br/>reconstruction. The outcomes were papilla height, Pink esthetic score (PES) and patient satisfaction<br/>obtained at different intervals (baseline, 3, and 6 months) and subjected to statistical analysis.<br/>The clinical parameters in this study in terms of papilla height, PES and patient satisfaction were <br/>statistically significant at 3 and 6 months from the baseline. The results from the present investigation <br/>provided promising curative potentials in the reconstruction of papilla due to the extraction of teeth which <br/>leads to resorption of both soft and hard tissue.<br/> |

| Summary, etc. | تُعد تجميل اللثة من أهم عوامل نجاح الترميم المدعوم بالزرع. يعد وجود الحليمة السنية أمرًا بالغ الأهمية لتحقيق نتيجة جمالية مع زراعة الأسنان أحادية السن. لا تزال إعادة بناء الحليمة شبه المزروعة المفقودة مشكلة صعبة لا يمكن التنبؤ بها.<br/>هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم تأثير ترقيع النسيج الضام العنيق تحت الظهاري المعدل في تكوين حليمة تشريحية حول الزرع المتأخر بمرحلة واحدة في المنطقة التجميلية لإنشاء جماليات أفضل. تم إجراء هذا الكسب غير المشروع للنسيج الضام العنيق تحت الظهاري المعدل لإعادة بناء الحليمة. كانت النتائج هي ارتفاع الحليمة ، والنتيجة الجمالية الوردية (PES) ورضا المريض الذي تم الحصول عليه على فترات مختلفة (خط الأساس ، 3 ، و 6 أشهر) وخضع للتحليل الإحصائي.<br/>كانت المعلمات السريرية في هذه الدراسة من حيث ارتفاع الحليمة ، PES ورضا المريض ذات دلالة إحصائية في 3 و 6 أشهر من خط الأساس. قدمت نتائج التحقيق الحالي إمكانات علاجية واعدة في إعادة بناء الحليمة بسبب قلع الأسنان مما يؤدي إلى ارتشاف كل من الأنسجة الرخوة والصلبة<br/> |
