Summary, etc. he study aims to ascertain the impact of the application of health information and Communication technology (HIT) on customer satisfaction in healthcare including healthcare providers as internal customers and patients and service recipients as external customers. <br/> The researcher applied the analytical descriptive approach to accomplish the study's objectives, and a convenience sampling method to approach the eligible participants from healthcare providers, patients, and service recipients.<br/> Data were collected using two-structured online questionnaires (one for external healthcare customers and the other for the internal healthcare customers). 421 questionnaires were answered (215 for the external customers’ questionnaire and 206 for the internal customers’ questionnaire).<br/>Finding from external healthcare customer questionnaire revealed that ability of the majority of the study sample to use online medical services, in addition reliance on the different medical websites in medical awareness and on online medical services in saving time, reducing the cost and effort to obtain various medical services. There was approving for the role of HIT applications in improving various communication means to obtain multiple medical services.<br/> On the other side, there was a preference for traditional face-to-face healthcare visits. Online appointment scheduling is a huge obstacle without high-speed Internet and availability of smartphones or computers. These issues make some people not preferable to that service. In addition, older adults may face difficulties or be unable to book online medical visits.<br/>Findings from internal healthcare customer questionnaire revealed that the computers may be available at government hospitals, but their capability is inconsistent with the volume of work required, and they are not maintained most of the Time, Internet connection and internal communication network between the other departments are only available in some governmental hospitals. In addition, some private hospitals do not have an internal communication network between the other departments. Also, there is lack of capabilities and resources. Electronic registration for Patient data is only done at a few hospitals, most of which are private. Likewise, supportive medical systems are used only on a limited scale.<br/>On the other side, there is a large consensus among opinions of healthcare providers on the approval of flexibility and ease of use of the electronic medical record (EMR) and the application of HIT. In addition, there is approval on the effect of HIT to improve the communication between healthcare providers and patients, providing recent information on the patient's medical history and getting access to information in conveniently way. HIT contributes to improve medical performance, decreased errors, and easier learning and distance training.<br/>Based on the above findings, the study made the following recommendations: Implementing an interconnected network of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) across health system segments requires collaboration between healthcare organizations, government, and the ICT sector. Quality of the electronic medical consultation and services must be ensured through collaboration and monitoring from healthcare organizations. Technical obstacles in EMR implementation must be addressed. Effective budget allocation and continuous training are necessary for efficient use. Decision makers should utilize healthcare providers' opinions for enhancing the healthcare.
