| Summary, etc. | This study conducted to determine the effect of low-level laser <br/>therapy (LLLT) on acupoints of emesis gravidarum. Forty pregnant <br/>women suffering from emesis gravidarum diagnosed by an obstetrician. <br/>their age ranged from 20 to 35 years old, and their body mass index <br/>(BMI) ranged from 20 to 35 kg/m2<br/>. They were selected randomly from<br/>the gynecology outpatient clinic of Al-asmarat medical center.<br/>Patients were examined by an obstetrician before the study and <br/>were chosen according to the following criteria; pregnant women <br/>suffering from nausea and vomiting, their age ranged from 20 to 35 years<br/>old, their BMI ranged from 25 to 30 kg/m2<br/>, they were clinically old<br/>diagnosed with emesis gravidarum.<br/>Patients were excluded if the pregnant women who had any <br/>history of diseases associated with nausea and vomiting, dermatological <br/>abnormalities on the skin of acupoints, internal fixation at the area of <br/>application, smokers. <br/>A written consent form was obtained from each patient then <br/>patients were divided randomly into two groups equal in number, 20 for <br/>each; the study group (group A) received low level laser therapy on <br/>acupoint (ST36) bilaterally 3 minutes for each point, once daily, 3 session <br/>every week, for 2 weeks (total 6 sessions), while the control group (group <br/>B) received anti emetic drugs only (Meclozine hydrochloride-25 mg and <br/>pyridoxine hydrochloride-50 mg once per day for 2 weeks).<br/>56<br/>Emesis gravidarum was evaluated by a pregnancy unique quantification <br/>of emesis pre and post treatment of both groups (A&B).<br/>Statistical analysis of this study was performed through the <br/>statistical package for social studies (SPSS) version 25 for windows. The <br/>study obtained results of this study revealed a statistically significant <br/>decrease in nausea, vomiting and retching without vomiting (p= 0.0001) <br/>in both groups(A&B), but when compared between two groups results, it <br/>was found that study group (group A) which treated with low level laser <br/>therapy on acupoints of emesis gravidarum shows statistically significant<br/>decrease in PUQE (p=0.0001) total score than the control group (group <br/>B) which treated with antiemetic drugs only. |

| Summary, etc. | الهدف من البحث:<br/>اجريت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة تأثير الليزر منخفض الشدة على نقاط الضغط الوخزى للغثيان والقيء لدى السيدات الحوامل .<br/>عناصر و أساليب البحث:<br/>أجريت هذه الدراسة على اربعين سيدةحامل يعانين من الغثيان والقيء الذى تم تشخيصه بواسطة طبيب أمررض النساء والتوليد.تراوح اعمارهن بين 20 و 35 سنة وتراوح مؤشر كتلة الجسم لديهن بين 25 و 30 كجم/م2 . تم اختيارهن عشوائيا من مركز طبى الاسمرات ( العيادات الخارجية قسم امراض النساء والتوليد).<br/>تم فحص المرضى من قبل طبيب امرض النساء قبل الدراسة وتم اخيارهن وفقا للمعايير التالية ؛يجب ان يكونوا من السيدات الحوامل ويعانون من الغثيان والقيء ،وتراوحت اعمارهم بين 20- 35 عاماً ، كان مؤشر كتلة الجسم لديهم يتراوح بين 25 و 30 كجم/م2.تم استبعاد السيدات الغير حوامل ويعانون من الغثيان والقيء،السيدات الحوامل الذين لهم تاريخ مرضى للغثيان والقيء ،التشوهات الجلدية على جلد نقاط الضغط الوخزى،التثبيت الداخلى فى منطقة التطبيق بالليزر منخفض الشدة،المدخنين.<br/>تم الحصول على استمارة موافقة بالمشاركة فى هذه الدراسة مكتوبة من كل مريضة ثم تم تقسيم المرضى بشكل عشوائى إلى مجموعتين متساويتين فى العدد ، 20 لكل منهما ؛ تلقت مجموعة الدراسة (مجموعة أ) الليزر منخفض الشدة على نقطة الضغط الوخزى (المعدة 36) على كل ساق لمدة 3 دقائق لكل نقطة ، مرة واحدة يوميا ، 3 ايام فى الاسبوع لمده اسبوعين ( اجمالى 6 جلسات ) ، بينما تلقت المجموعة الضابطة (مجموعة ) الدواء المقاوم للقيء(ميكلوزين هيدروكلوريد-25 ملجم و بيرودوكسين هيدروكلوريد-50 ملجم مرة واحدة يوميا لمدة اسبوعين). <br/>تم تقييم درجه الغثيان و القيء لدى السيدات الحوامل بواسطة استبيان الغثيان و القيء اثناء الحمل قبل و بعد العلاج لكلا المجموعتين.<br/>النتائج:<br/>تم اجراء التحليل الاحصائى لهذه الدراسة بواسطة برنامج الكمبيوتر للحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (اصدار 25 لنظام النوافذ) . أظهرت النتائج المتحصل عليها من هذه الدراسة انخفاضا ذا دلالة احصائية فى الغثيان و القيء لكلا المجموعتين ، ولكن عند مقارنة نتائج المجموعتين ، وجد ان مجموعة الدراسة (مجموعة أ) التى عولجت بالليزر منخفض الشدة لنقطة الضغطالوخزى اظهرت انخفاضا كبيرا معتدا به احصائيا فى الغثيان والقيء مقارنة بمجموعة التحكم (مجموعة ب) التى عولجت بالادوية المقاومة للغثيان والقيء فقط.<br/>الخلاصة:<br/>بناءً على النتائج التى تم الحصول عليها من هذه الدراسة ، فإن الاستنتاج الأبرز هو:<br/>ان الليزر منخفض الشدة على نقاط الضغط الوخزى هو علاج فعال و مساعد فى تحسن الغثيان و القيء لدى السيدات الحوامل. <br/>التوصيات<br/>فى نهاية الدراسة ، أشارت النتائج التى تم الحصول عليها إلى الحاجة إلى مراعاة التوصيات التالية:<br/>1- هناك حاجة إلى مزيد من الابحاث للتحقق من تأثير الليزر منخفض الشدة على نقاط الضغط الوخزى للغثيان والقئلدى السيدات الحوامل بزيادة الفترة العلاجية لأكثر من اسبوعين.<br/>2- يوصى بإجراء دراسات اخرىلدراسة تأثير شرائطكينيزو اللاصقة مقابل الليزر منخفض الشدة على نقاط الضغط الوخزى للغثيان والقئ لدى السيدات الحوامل.<br/>3- هناك حاجة الى مزيد من الدراسات للتحقق من تأثير الليزر منخفض الشدة مقابلتأثيرالتنبيه الكهربى للعصب الحسى عبر الجلد على نقاط الضغط الوخزىللغثيان والقئ لدى السيدات الحوامل.<br/>4- هناك حاجة الى مزيد من الدراسات للمقارنة بين تأثير الليزر والضغط بالحزام المرن على نقاط الضغط الوخزى للغثيان والقئ لدى السيدات الحوامل.<br/><br/><br/> |
