| Summary, etc. | The purpose of the study was to effect of combining diet and exercises on atopic dermatitis in children. Sixty children with atopic control this the seventy dermatitis from both sexes ranging in age from 8 to 16 years participated in this study. They were assigned randomly into three groups equal number 20 patient each, where group a received diet program and group B received both diet and exercise program anther groups C received topical corticosteroids. All children were evaluated before and after treatment that was conducted for 3 successive months all treatment was conducted for three month. Evaluation of seventy atopic dermatitis severities in all children was done using eczema severity index scale. 6 minutes' walk test was done for all children for the assessment of the functional and endurance capacity. Results showed there is a significant improvement of atopic dermatitis severity index while the 6 minutes' walk showed no significant differences both groups in comparing the post treatment results except the 6 minute walk test,, there was significant difference in favor of the study group which suggest that diet therapy alone was the best approach to manage atopy in children. |

| Summary, etc. | اجريت هذه الدراسة على ستين طفل مصاباً ابالاكزيما تتراوح اعمرهم من احدى عشر الى ثمانية عشر حيث استهدفت استقصاء مدى وجود تأثير الطعام والتمارين والعلاجات الطبية على الاطفال المصابين بالاكزيما وقد تم تقسيم الأطفال ثلات مجموعات متساوتين (أ و باء وجيم) وقد تم تقييم المرض للمجموعتين باستخدام مقياس اختباري للاكزيما وتم تأكيد النتائج باستخدام برنامج حاسوبي وكما تم تقييم قدراتهم الجسدية باستخدام اختبار مشي لمدة 6 دقائق وتم قياس وزنهم وأطوالهم وتم إعادة التقييم بعد ثلاثة أشهر بعد أن حصلت المجموعة الأولى على نظام غذائي فقط وحصلت المجموعة الثانية على نفس النظام الغذائي وأضافت نظام تدريب جسدي والثالثه دهانات كورتيزونية وتسجيل النتائج وإجراء إحصاء لها لاستبيان أيهم قد حصل على تحسن أفضل وتحديد العوامل المؤثرة من اللا فاعلة وعند مقارنة المجمعتين تبين تحسن المجموعة الاولى عن الثانية والثالثه كات صاحبة الاقل تاثير على معدل الشقاء مما اتضح التأثير المضاعف للنظام الغذاءي عن التمارين الهواءيه مع النظام الغذاءي وعن العلاجات الجلدية |
