A series of novels 2-oxo-2-(arylamino)ethyl 4-formylbenzoates were prepared via the reaction of the potassium salt of p-formylbenzoic acid with 2-chloro-N-aryl-acetamide in DMF at reflux. <br/>The precursor, piperazine-1,4-diylbis(2-oxoethane-2,1-diyl) bis(4-formylbenzoate) was prepared by reacting 1,1’-(piperazine-1,4-diyl)bis(2-chloroethan-1-one) with the potassium salt of 4-formylbenzoic acid in DMF at reflux. <br/>A new series of 1,4-dihydropyridin-3,5-dicarbonitriles, hexahydroacridine-1,8-diones, decahydropyrimido[4,5-b]quinolines and hexahydrobenzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b]quinazolines which are linked to N-aryl-benzoyloxyacetamide or linked to piperazine-1,4-diylbis(2-oxoethane-2,1-diyl) dibenzoate were obtained through the Hantzsch reaction of various 2-oxo-2-(arylamino)ethyl 4-formylbenzoate with the respective 3-aminocrotononitrile or a mixture of 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and amine source or through the Michael reaction of various 2-oxo-2-(arylamino)ethyl 4-formylbenzoate with malononitrile and several active methylene compounds, namely dimedone, pyrazolone, or 4-hydroxycoumarin in the presence of a basic catalyst afforded the corresponding fused pyrans. The structures of the novel compounds were confirmed using a variety of spectra. |

تم تحضير سلسلة جديدة من 2-أوكسو-2-(اريلامينو)إيثيل 4-فورميل بنزوات من خلال تفاعل ملح البوتاسيوم لحمض فورميل بنزويك مع 2-كلورو-ن-أريل-أسيتاميد في دي ام اف بالتسخين.<br/>تم ايضا تحضير المادة الأولية، البيبرازين-4,1-دايايل بيس(2-أوكسوايثان-2،1-دايايل) ثنائي(4-فورمايل بنزوات) عن طريق تفاعل 1,1'-(بيبرازين-4,1-دايايل)ثنائي(2-كلوروايثان -1-اون) مع ملح البوتاسيوم لحمض 4-فورميل بنزويك في دي ام اف بالتسخين.<br/>تم تشييد سلسلة جديدة من 4,1-ثنائي هيدروبيريدين-5,3-داي كربونايتريل، وهيكساهيدرواكريدين-8,1-ديون، وديكاهيدروبيريميدو[5,4-ب]كينولين وهيكساهيدروبنزو[5,4]إيميدازو[2,1-ب]كينازولين والتي ترتبط بـ ان ارايل بنزويل اوكسي اسيتامايد أو مرتبطة بـ ببرازين 1,4 دايايل ثنائي (2-اوكسوايثان-1,2-دايايل) دايبنزوات<br/>من خلال تفاعل هانزتش للالدهيدات الجديدة مع 3-أمينوكروتونونيتريل أو خليط من مركبات 3,1-ديكاربونيل ومصدر أمين أو من خلال تفاعل مايكل لمختلف 2-أوكسو-2-(اريلامينو) إيثيل 4-فورميل بنزوات مع مالونونيتريل والعديد من مركبات الميثيلين النشطة، وهي ديميدون. أو البيرازولون أو 4-هيدروكسي كومارين في وجود محفز قاعدي لتحضير حلقات البيران المتكاثفة المقابلة. تم التأكد من تركيب المركبات الجديدة باستخدام مجموعة متنوعة من الأطياف. |
