| Summary, etc. | : حاولت الدراسة تقديم تحليل انثروبولوجي للعلاقات الرسمية وغير الرسمية بجمعيتي القرعان والقلعة بمحافظة السويس .وذلك من خلال الوقوف علي كيفية تبلور العصبية كرابطة تحمل دلالة سوسيولوجية وانثروبولوجية منذ المراحل الاولي لقدوم الوافدين الي المحافظة الواعدة .والوقوف علي الأدوار التي تقوم بها الجمعيات محل الدراسة وآليات اتخاذ القرار داخلها ومدي مساهمتها كأدوات تنظيمية هامة من أدوات المجال العام.والتعرف علي ملامح الصراع السياسي في محافظة السويس ودور الجمعيات القبلية فيه وكيفية التداخل بين المجالين الاجتماعي والسياسي.وكيفية استثمار رأس المال النوعي من جانب العائلات محل الدراسة . وقد خلصت الدراسة إلي عدة نتائج أهمها تميز القلعة كجمعية وكعائلات في العلاقات الرسمية وغير الرسمية عن طريق تنمية شبكة علاقاتها علي الجانبين ونجاحها في انشاء مستوصف طبي لخدمة المحتاجين . واخفاق القرعان في ذلك علي الجانبين الرسمي وغير الرسمي . كما فشلت الجمعيات القبلية في اثراء المجال العام بمنعها عضوية أي شخص من خارج العائلة ومنع النساء من الانضمام لمجلس الإدارة .وقد اعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الانثروبولوجي والمنهج التاريخي والمنهج المقارن. استخدمت الدراسة عدة أدوات هي دليل المقابلة الذى تم تطبيقه علي 53حالة ودليل الملاحظة وتحليل الوثائق المتوفرة وهي الكتيبات المتوفرة عن الجمعيتان محل الدراسة . |

| Summary, etc. | The current study attempted to provide an anthropological analysis of the official and informal relations with the Qaraan andeEl- Qalaa NGOs in the Suez Governorate. This is done by examining how asabiyyah crystallized as an association that carries a sociological and anthropological significance from the first stages of the arrival of immigrants to the promising governorate. And examining the roles played by the associations under study and the decision-making mechanisms. Within it and the extent of its contribution as important organizational tools in the public sphere. Identifying the features of the political conflict in the Suez Governorate and the role of tribal associations in it and how the social and political spheres overlap. And how to invest qualitative capital by the families under study. The study concluded with several results, the most important of which is the distinction of the Citadel as an association and as families in official and informal relations by developing its network of relationships on both sides and its success in establishing a medical dispensary to serve the needy. The Qur’an failed to do so on both the official and unofficial sides. Tribal associations also failed to enrich the public sphere by prohibiting the membership of anyone outside the family and preventing women from joining the board of directors. The study relied on the anthropological approach, the historical approach, and the comparative approach. The study used several tools: the interview guide, which was applied to 53 cases, the observation guide, and the analysis of available documents, which are the booklets available for the two associations under study. |
