| Summary, etc. | تدور هذه الرسالة حول خصوصيات التقاضي أمام المحــــاكم الاقتــصــاديـــة المنشأة بالقانون رقم 120 لسنة 2008 «دراسة تحليلية مقارنة» وتنقسم الدراسة فيها إلى فصل تمهيدي وقسمين، يتناول الفصل التمهيدي نشأة المحاكم الاقتصادية وطبيعتها والهدف منها في خمس مباحث. وقد تناول القسم الأول تشكيل واختصاص المحاكم الاقتصادية. وذلك في بابين تناول الباب الأول منه ذاتية تشكيل المحاكم الاقتصادية، وفي الباب الثاني قواعد اختصاص المحاكم الاقتصادية.<br/>وقد تناول القسم الثاني بيان النظام الإجرائي للخصومة أمام المحاكم الاقتصادية، وذلك في بابين تناول الباب الأول منه التنظيم الإجرائي لهيئة التحضير والوساطة أمام المحكمة الاقتصادية، وفي الباب الثاني طرق الطعن في الأحكام الصادرة من المحاكم الاقتصادية، ومنازعات تنفيذ أحكامها.<br/> |

| Summary, etc. | This thesis addresses Particularities of Litigation Before Economic Courts Established Under Law No. 120 of 2008 Analytical comparative study. It is divided into a preparatory chapter and two Parts. The introductory section, divided into five sections, examines the emergence, character, and goals of the economic tribunal. The first part addresses the formation and jurisdiction of the economic courts in two sections. The first one addresses the peculiarity of forming the economic courts, while the second addresses the economic courts’ jurisdiction provisions.<br/>The second part focuses on the procedural system of litigation before the economic courts. The first section discusses the procedural organization of the preparatory and mediation committee of the economic court. The second addresses the ways of appealing the economic court’s decision and enforcement dispute thereof.<br/> |
